  2. What even is a resident shareholder?

  3. How does a shareholder resign? Ibebenta nya stocks nya? Or sinasabi nya lng nag resign sya, so people would book the hotel again

  4. He is rich naman. You can check his very lengthy credentials sa Plantation Bay website. He listed down hotels and restaurants he visited pati price ng rooms 😀. Mukhang rich na arrogant.

  5. Still won’t book here. Culture starts from the top so kahit wala na sya, his baho is still around. Yung non apology nya bulok.

  6. His resignation means nothing. He just did this so the bashing and the boycotts would stop. He is still the owner. He just resigned as "resident shareholder." So if he just resides outside Plantation Bay but still maintains his shares, he becomes a "non-resident shareholder." Their resort is old and how they treat their Filipino is poor. We will see in the coming days if indeed positive changes will happen in their resort.

  10. This is a “business move.”

  12. Ayan napala mo. Still, no to Plantation Bay!

Most probably di sya un. Di lng sya ang arogante sa grupo.

    1. Yes he proudly answers them himself. He is the kind of guy who cannot let things go. If he is being accused of something he will investigate the accuser and expose him/her for the fraud or entitled being he thinks they are.

  14. He's joking right? How do you resign as a shareholder except if you sell or reassign your stocks. And also, mas sincere pa apology nya sa staff ng plantation bay kesa sa righfully offended party.

  15. This official announcement is poorly written.

  16. Hahaha kunyari na lang yan na nagresign for formality and para kuyari justice has been served.

  17. Less people booked siguro for the holiday break kaya napansin nila na may effect ang ginawa nya, hehehe.

  18. Sino ba niloloko ng mga to. Lol. I renovate na lang nila yung resort and update the interior decor kasi hindi worth it yung presyo ng rooms.

  19. Please don't hate my comment. I just wish to share a different view.

Ang fault lang talaga nitong Manny is nilecture-an pa ang nanay na kesyo nagsisinungaling at hindi alam ang ibig sabihin ng autism. He could've just remained professional and polite in reminding yung nanay na patahimikin yung anak niya kasi may ibang guests na baka maistorbo. In the first place, guests are expected to abide by the rules in any resort. A firm but polite reminder would have sufficed.

Resort yun eh. People book their stays there kasi they want to relax. They paid good money. Imagine if foreigners ang nandoon. They would've gotten irate and called the attention of management on the unruly guest.

Both parties' emotions got the better of them I think. Me sumobra sa pag-remind, which bordered on discrimination. Yung isa naman nagpaawa effect.

    2. Naintindihan ko. Pero having a special child doesn't automatically grant you extra privileges. People in the resort deserve to have some peace and relaxation. So even if the child shrieks its heart out, hahayaan na lang komo special child? And what is wrong with a polite reminder on the parent to make sure her child doesn't disturb other guests? And I agreed that Manny went out too far. But give the guests also their due.

  20. 11:05 May anak ka bang special child? If meron, so parejo tayo. Experience nya yun eh. Aral muna bago comment!

    1. What is your beef? Go back on my post. I said that the manager went too far. A simple but polite reminder would have sufficed.

And by the way, not all people will immediately get the notion that a shrieking child is special. E what if nakatapat siya ng malditang guest doon? And what better way to get back than use the "special child" card di ba? Knowing that she will get most people's sympathies with her review? And I said, I am expressing a different take on the issue. Can't I be allowed to do that? Dahil lang may special child involved? Now sino ngayon ang judgmental?

    2. Yes yiu are allowed of your opinion. No matter how stupid it sounds. And I'm also allowed to educate tjose who are ignorant, and to advocate not only special needs kids but to stand with the parents who experience discrimination in different situations. It is time to bring inclusion in our communities, whether the disability is evident or unseen. Currently, 1 out of 59 kids are diagnosed with autism and they see the numbers increasing. Let us not blame victims but instead question why with this number, we are still not changing how businesses run to include or accommodate those with extraordinary needs. There is no way parents would use a child's condition to get their way... if you only knew how we try to bring normalcy so we can protect them as long as we could because we know this world is just so cruel. Cruel like you.

    3. Galit na galit ka sa nanay? Resbak? Where is this coming from? Maybe you are from Plantation Bay haha..

  21. What's my beef?? Go back to my post and read my comment! As parents of special needs kids, we don't use oir kids conditionsnas a "card" as you've called it. I am educating you as to what special needs parenting is all about because apparently, you know nothing. Kubg may makatapat syang maldita guest dun, so what? Marunong kami magpaliwanag.. again, as special neexs parents di po kami "gumagamit" at nagpapa special. Kami pa nga po nahihiya and alam namin pano magpaliwanag. And I've done these many times (versus you having no experience at all) and hotel / resort staff are very understanding. Even fellow guests may stare at our son but we bring him farther para di maka istorbo. Ganun kami. She wrote abt her experience in TripAdvisor because she was just honest abt it. She narrated her experience and she knows fellow sped moms can use that helpful info in the future. Yun ang intention nya. Hindi "to get back" as you kept insisting.
