  4. Ayan na naman ang mga assumera of the year. Ang NBI po ay under DOJ which is under a separate branch (Judiciary) of the government. It does not represent all the branches (like the Executive & Legislative) of the government. Importante na may alam muna bago tumalak.

  6. The current government just showed that they are the greatest bully we have in the Philippines right now. They thought they could keep Mayor Vico mum by issuing subpoena but they're not. Mas lalo pa gagalingan ni Mayor ang performance niya niyan. Lalo pa't nakikita na ng sambayanan na meron pang natitirang tunay na public servant.

    A subpoena is a document that requires its recipient to appear in court as a witness. If you receive a subpoena, it doesn't mean you've done anything wrong; it just means you may have information that's needed by the court.

    ~ Hindi naman po siya aarestuhin, hihingan lang po ng statement. Ba't ang OA niyo mgreact. Gamitin din po sana ang common sense.

    1. Hay isa ka pa. There has to be a VALID basis for the subpoena get mo? NBI used bayanihan act as basis. Ang problema ng NBI... bayanihan act was signed into law in March 24 at epektibo sya ng March 25. Vico Sotto's supposed violation of this "not yet law at the time" happened on March 19.
      Balik ko sayo sinabi mo:
      Please lang --- Gamitin din po sana ang common sense.

    1. yes that true 255, the bayanihan act is enforced STARTING on THE 24TH OF MARCH until ECQ is in effect NOT PRIOR. Vico allowed those tryks to service frontliners on the 18th of March, the natl govt did not allow his action so he complied.     The bayanihan act law wasn’t promulgated in March 19 where he allowed tricycles for public use by his constituents. The government called him out, he complied. It was put into effect March 24, that means he didn’t violate anything, the law is never retroactive. It’s not rocket science.

  63. Oy admin isipin niyo ng mabuti mga ginagawa niyo. Siguro may naloko pa kayo dati pero ngayon na ang threat ay sa mismong mga mamamayan at sa kanilang buhay at pinapakita niyo gano kayo ka walang kwenta, baka kung san kayo pulutin after this crisis.
