Mas lalo pa gagalingan ni Mayor ang performance niya niyan. Lalo pa't nakikita na ng sambayanan na meron pang natitirang tunay na public servant.

A subpoena is a document that requires its recipient to appear in court as a witness. If you receive a subpoena, it doesn't mean you've done anything wrong; it just means you may have information that's needed by the court.

The bayanihan act law wasn’t promulgated in March 19 where he allowed tricycles for public use by his constituents. The government called him out, he complied. It was put into effect March 24, that means he didn’t violate anything, the law is never retroactive. It’s not rocket science.
