  1. Sana may profile yung mga bina-bail para malaman kung deserving ba sila sa fund raising for their bail especially when the crime involves moral torpitude. Yes maganda tumulong pero baka you do more harm instead of helping

    1. Lahat ng tao nagbabago. Let's try to see the good in people. And hindi mo din naman alam if she has done her due diligence na din in getting to know about the ones she's helping out.

    4. Alam mo 1:08 bilang tamang duda ka FYI for offenses punishable by reclusion perpetua and life imprisonment, non bailable yon. Gaya ng murder, rape with homicide etc.

And it will give the prisoners hope, it's inspiring, actually.

    6. Well, for the most part individuals who commit terrible crimes tend to have a pattern of antisocial behaviors, it'll take a lot for them to be encouraged to sit there, interact peacefully with other members, and learn how to make art, unless they are really motivated to change. Most likely the ones who participate in programs like these are the one time or minor offenders, those who are innocent and are awaiting trial, and those who want to be rehabilitated. I would say exception to the rule yung mga di deserving and are faking it to get funds, they just wouldn't have the resolve to get through it if they're not sincere. This analogy is not perfect but imagine starting a 15-day juice cleanse, or committing to go to the gym 5x/wk for 3 months when all you've known your whole life is to be a couch potato...takes a lot of willpower. Also, imagine 'normal' people getting their mandatory art class in elementary/HS school when they can't draw--it's really frustrating sitting there trying to draw a hand that ends up looking like a banana, i'm sure most people won't come to class if they are not obliged to do so. I would imagine rehabilitative programs including this one sa BJMP would have a set of rules and norms that prisoners have to follow to be able to have the privilege to join, e.g. not get in trouble and demonstrate good behavior consistently. And as far as I know, bjmp only holds prisoners who have been accused pero wala pang hatol, or those na nagseserve ng relatively short sentence. Not everybody in there is guilty, so they deserve to have a fighting chance at makapagbail habang nililitis ang kaso nila.

    1. Nope, yang mga nasa BJMP detainees lang. Wala pang conviction. Stated otherwise, di pa napapatunayang nagkasala, bintang pa lamang.
