  1. Dapat lang. Hindi ako blink pero akala yata nila pipichugin lang 'yung mga fans na yan at kaya nila nenukin at maset aside issue. Sa dami niyan.. Magttrending talaga ginawa niyo.

    Hope this serves as a lesson not only to online stores but to buyers as well.

    1. True. Dapat talaga kasi uulitin nila yan eh kung hindi na call out. I think they did meant to deceive people thinking na hindi mapapansin.

    4. they should return the items to get the refund..Kung ano lang din ang maibabalik nila in good condition and never used items yun lang din yata dpat ang marerefund nila..

  3. If they will be given a refund, then that means they also have to send back all the items they purchased. Hassle but good on shopee for doing this.

    1. Token of goodwill daw. Meaning, they still get the items they purchased. That's how you rectify issues like these. Especially di na maibabalik ang event. So buyers get the item plus full refund.

  5. Bring back Blackpink and make it an exclusive meet and greet sa mga affected fans. WITHOUT CELEBS AND INFLUENCERS. Shoulder their expenses sa travel and accommodation. I think that will be the best compensation not just for their pocket but also for their emotions

    6. YG Entertainment is now a mess. And it's rumored na si Blackpink Jisoo ang papalit kay YG as the new CEO. Baka nga magdisband na din ang Blackpink.

  6. Matakot talaga sila... I’m sure yung 100 plus na nag reklamo siguro halos lahat dun may kaya and they can afford to file a case to shopee. Kaya nag Labas agad sila ng stament ng full refund. Ang dami na nila gastos sa tootoo Lang.. Yung kay Sarah pa balita ko malaki binayad sa Kanya...

    1. true, mukhang may mga abugado yung mga customers. Kaya tama din naman yung Shopee na ibalik ang pera ng mga tao at bayaran na lang para sa mga naabala.

  7. If i were them, i will continue with the case. No outside of court settlement. Hindi naman issue dito how much one spent bec im sure magagamit naman nila ung mga items. Yung misrepresentation and inconvenience ang di mababayaran. Let them suffer no matter how long it takes. Bye bye shoppee

  11. "System error" is not a valid root cause. Sa laking company ng Shopee, their systems should have gone through rigid testing before implementation.

    1. yeah, that's stupid. Also duda ako sa sinabing hindi sa mga influencers binigay, sa maliit nga ang venue. Dapat talaga hindi binigay sa mga influencers kuno na puchuhin
