Insta Scoop: Kris Aquino Shares Video of Her Pool 'Therapy,' Answers How She's Maintaining Her Body

we TRIED. i think that’s the most important thing... but i stressed my Ate who thought we’d get struck by lightning (uh, with me that’s more than likely⛈⚡️)... yes in our pool’s shallowest area i was in danger of drowning. so bimb said until my balance & resistance improve we were better off in the whirlpool. then he called kuya to help him hoist me to our smaller pool w/ seating. bimb gave me a physics lesson about “torque” & my having no resistance that’s why when i spun, i was getting swept to the deeper area (nakalimutan ko na ‘to; he’s in 4th quarter grade 6, i think this was from my late high school 💬📚unless i was reading too many Sweet Valley High, Danielle Steel, and Sidney Sheldon books?) in case you’re curious, our pools are heated using LPG, that’s the benefit of having been a Petron Gasul endorser for many years, we learned to manage our energy consumption because we use Gasul to cook, heat our pools, and for our clothes’ dryers. For fuel needs, we take full advantage of the @snr_official membership discount card when fueling up our vehicles in UniOil. namana ko sa mom ko being a conscientious consumer & i have many more practical tips i can share with all of you. please remind me to write a blog about this. in the meantime, enjoy viewing our family bonding where the 2 sons are obviously the guardians of their very delicate (better term than LAMPA😇) mama. GOOD NIGHT. 😍🥰😘💛

    1. Nagtataka nga ako. Ang dami ko ng nabasang books autoimmune at inflammatory diseases, kasi my husband and son suffers from it. Kasama sa top list na food to avoid lagi yung milk or any dairy. Kahit nung dinala ko yung son ko sa naturopathy, yun din ang unang pinatanggal and we were encouraged to get his calcium from other sources, which are plentiful. Kahit nga ako, na perimenopause and suffering from symptoms, the specialist told me to avoid, if not limit my dairy consumption.

    2. That’s true. It might have worsen her illnesses. Mainstream medicine kasi talaga ang nilalapitan ni Kris kaya they dont talk about these things. She should start checking nutritional and holistic medicines since ilang taon nya ng dinadala ang sakit nya.

    3. I think she does seek holistic remedies, hence, her dabbing with essential oils. Yun nga lang mukhang hindi sufficient yung info niya and she's unaware na foremost na kalaban ng sakit niya yung dairy.

    4. 2:56 I agree.

    1. Essentials oils are good though. She needs to be holistic about healing like remove the stress and bitterness from her heart

    2. Diffusers of the popular brands of EOs have been tested skyrocket high for lead. Way above the normal range. This is the reason why I don't buy into it aside from the fact that they don't come cheap. There are locally made ones which I think would do if we're just after the scent. I believe in the benefits of aromatherapy though but not the modern day diffusing method that peope are into nowadays.

    3. Sobrang excessive ng use ng essential oils niya. Pinapahid na dinidiffuse pa on a daily basis. They may have benefits but when used excessively masama sa liver yan at kidneys.

      Delete
    4. Sorry sis pano pong way n diffuse ang essential oil ? Please enlighten me .. ty

Made in the USA essential oils so the best ito ganito ganyan. So paniwalang paniwala naman mga tao kesyo all-natural etc etc. Naooverlook nila na those oils are still chemicals at pag nasobrahan ang pahid at singhot dyan magsusuffer lungs, liver at kidneys.

      Delete
    6. 5.33 do you mind sharing where you saw the lead test of the EOs? This is very alarming

      Delete

    8. True! Sabi nya matalino sya, di kaya nya nababasa na excessive use of essential oils dangerous din. You cannot diffuse on a daily basis. If you diffuse it should be on intermittent setting and take two days off without using anything para makarecover katawan mo naturally. You do not put essential oils in your water to drink. It could burn your mucus membranes. And yes yang milk and cheese na favorite nya hindi nya ma give up.

  5. Bakit kelangan heated ang pool? What ‘practical’ reasons are there to keep it heated? It’s more practical not to. Conserve gas, energy etc.

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    2. And clothes dryers? You can save more energy kung sampay mo na lang sa labas. Sa tirik ng araw, tuyo agad.

      Delete
    3. Parang out of touch din si Kris sa reality among us common folks, no?

      Delete
Plus may Vitamin D bonus pa. An essential vitamin she needs lalu na sa condition niya.

      Delete

      Delete

      - From not a Kris fan

    7. That's what you call BRAGGING.

      Delete
    8. Kapag mainit ang panahon, who needs a heated pool? Nowadays, we hardly use our heater every time we take a bath

      Delete
    9. Not practical reasons but more of health reasons. I don’t have a heated pool but I always use hot shower kahit tag-init. Nakaka-relax kasi ng muscles ang hot shower and pag may ubo’t sipon, the steam from the shower provides relief.

      Delete
    10. What do you guys care 6:55 and 8:43? She wants her pool heated nothing wrong with that! You both are such crab mentality palibhasa inggit kasi kayo!

      Delete
    11. 3:30 not necessarily 'inggit.'

  6. may autoimmune disease and allergies and she's not avoiding dairy and gluten?

    1. Because her doctors rely more on medicines more than checking her nutritional deficiencies

    2. IKR? Numero unong kalaban ng sakit niya kasi these are the leading causes of inflammation.

      Delete
She doesn’t do her own research which is unbelievable.

  7. Saw her in person. Her skin is milky white

    1. 4:01 But full of freckles na kinokoberan lang ng concealer. I saw her na rin in person, up close.

    2. Scared of the sun kasi. She is not getting any natural vitamin D, which can cause immune system problems.

      Delete
  8. My son has ADHD. His naturopathic doctor told us to remove dairy, gluten, soy and corn from his diet. Nawala lahat allergies nya at headaches. His behavior has also improved tremendously. Try kaya ni Kris iwasan ni yung milk. It might help.

    1. True. She seems to rely on drugs only. Drugs are no cure, they just mask the symptoms for a while but they don’t cure the root cause of the problem.

  9. nabasa ko to kanina lang. first paragraph lang binasa ko. ang haba kasi. pero this is the skinniest she has ever been ata.

  12. I do like her skinny tho

  13. Limot na agad yung socmed hiatus. Essay kung essay hahaha

  14. Probiotics kailangan ni Kris, not milk. Kung di niya gustong tigilan yung milk, take yogurt or kefir na lang siya tutal she can afford that. May yakult din naman.

    ReplyDelete

    1. yakult is full of sugar.

    2. You shouldn’t be drinking or eating any dairy product if you have allergies. It’s a trigger.

  15. She needs to get her medical check up in the US not in other Asian countries. Or go to Spain, I heard their healthcare is better.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Hahahahaha.......gasul advertisement lang pala to. Kaloka.

    ReplyDelete
  17. She obviously knows nothing about allergies........she still keeps drinking lots of milk despite her condition. That’s just unbelievable.

    ReplyDelete
  18. She doesn’t know what she is doing with her diet. She needs a clean diet and remove common triggers like milk, gluten, peanuts, oils, added sugar, corn, etc.
