  1. Even Johnson’s baby powder has cancer causing properties. Of course they will not admit it, and of course Bianca will defend it because as what the commenter have said, she is being paid to endorse it. Also, to all the mommies, please read the ingredients of the products that you are using on your babies. The fewer the ingredients, the better.

    2. sa nabasa ko naman, talc-based powder is not carcinogenic altho there are findings that it is carcinogenic when used around genital area

      Delete
    3. Better use Rice powder instead of Talc. There are rice powder brands in the local supermarket, search nyo na lang.

    4. Hi Anon 1:18pm. I've done my research 2yrs ago about these harmful ingredients, sad to say J&J have a lot of them in their baby products. A woman recently won, like last yr bec. The ralc of J&J waa the cause of her ovarian CA. The simpler the ingredients in a product, the safer it is. I've started product switching 2yrs ago. As much as I would want to post the name of my trusted brand and products here, I am not sure if FP will allow it. :( But just to be safe, the simpler the ingredients of a product, the safer it gets. :)

    5. Baby powder in general is not advised, hindi lang J&J products.

    6. Hi. 1:14 here. I agree with 11:00. The simpler (and fewer) the ingredients are, the safer the product is.

  3. Just googled it and the person is really meant it when she said she did her research. Johnson's and Johnson's lost more than 4B USD to women who claimed that their powder was the reason for their ovarian cancer.

    1. Meh, uninformed ka rin. That was their very old formulation. Corn starch na, a long time ago pa.

      Delete
    2. It’s the talc the are using for powder not the whole J&J products. I’ve been seeing the class suit being advertise on the TV.

      Delete
    3. What? How? Kinakain ba nila o hinahalo sa pangluto?!

      Delete
    4. Dear anything you put on your skin gets absorbed by your body. Nakakaloka kayo haha aral aral pag may time wag puro chismis

      Delete
    5. Really 3:54????

      Delete
    6. Dear 1:20 did you read the whole article? The lawsuit states that the woman used johnsons baby powder on her genital area.why on earth would anyone do that? Anuberrr

      Delete
    7. Hindi kasi talaga dapat naglalagay ng powder near the vagina area. Di lang J&J, kahit ano eh magcause ng ovarian cancer if not used properly. Super luma na pati yun lawsuit na yun. J&J changed their formulation na since then.

      Delete
    8. Ha? Bakit ipinampaligo ang alcohol? Isopropyl alcohol naman siguro yan no? If so, then hindi yan yung “alcohol” na nakaka lasing. But why oh why? Madumi ba diyan sa lugar ninyo?

      Delete
    9. Anon 6:56, the anon 3:54 is correct. Anything rubbed on your skin gets absorbed by your body. If the alcohol you’re referring to that you use as pampaligo is “rubbing alcohol”(isopropyl), this doesn’t get you drunk because it doesn’t have the same ingredients as the alcohol that you drink.

    1. Ang plastic ng sagot ni Bianca. If it wasn’t a paid ad, malamang binara na nya yung commenter. Lol.

  5. Really now bianca? Walang cancer causing ingredients talaga? Wag mo ngang pinag lololoko mga tao.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Less talk, less mistake bianca. Dami nya sinabi pero luamalabas lang na dahil she’s paid to endorse it kaya nya pinagtatanggol

    ReplyDelete

    1. Exactly. Pwede nya naman i-dedma.

  7. Wait...didnt johnsons change their formula already?

    ReplyDelete
  8. I prefer J&J cologne (for pambahay para fresh and light lang) and powder rin.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Please hater don’t shame super Bianca. She’s so smart, talented and knows it all...

    ReplyDelete
Don't use J&J products if you do not trust it. dami pang ek-ek...

    ReplyDelete

    1. It’s not that.

      Delete
    2. J&J contain asbestos to there baby powder here the place I live they banned all baby powder it’s harmful to baby’s lungs.

      Delete
    3. Sad how someone who is super righteous and knows it all at all times promotes a product that has been found to have cancer causing properties in their formulas.

      Delete
    4. And hello?? Can you imagine kung ilang nanay ang ma-iinfluence ni Bianca through that post alone? Ang hirap na nga umiwas sa mga toxic particles entering our body, even the food we eat, karamihan may chemicals na, wag na natin dagdagan by using products that may have harmful effects saten, especially sa mga anak natin, in the long run.

      Delete

      Delete
  11. Yup, corn starch na. Matagal na.

  12. Shameless promo ni lola Bianca.

  13. I grew up around J & J aby powder being used to prevent diaper rash on babies. But when I had my first baby (and the 2nd one), I could not, for the life of me, use it on them no matter how many times my in-laws told me to use it. I used petroleum jelly instead. I'm so glad I followed my common sense because just recently, J & J lost its case and was ordered to pay 300M to thousands of ovarian cancer complainants.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. But you know, medyo sketchy for me yung claim nung nagka-ovarian cancer e. I mean yeah, kaya nga pinagbabayad yung J & J ng 300M because ng nakitaan sila ng mali pero have you also read na ginamit nya kasi sa "vag" nya yung powder kaya sya nagkaovarian cancer? I mean, diba, hindi naman kasi yun para dun e, wht use it there?!

      Delete
There are quite a handful victims. So lahat ba sila sa vag ginamit yung powder? I don’t think so.

      Delete
    3. 3:33, the $300M is just for one person. J&J have to defend their case in each of the complaints (which is in thousands). So if all complainants won & gets awarded the same amount, they’ll most likely go bankrupt. J&J tried to move the complaints to federal court instead of state courts but was denied. Moving it to federal court would have allowed J&J to combine all the complaints as 1 case & lessen the the amount they’ll have to pay.

  14. My GOD! J&J was my trusted brand when I was raising my baby. Hindi ako aware na me ganito. Punyeta.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Money works. This was in the news years ago. Hindi fake news. I just don't get her raising the mommy shaming card. The commenter wasn't shaming her at all. For sure alam ni Bianca yan she simply had to turn a blind eye on it because hey, she could endorse it but never use it, right?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Exactly. Never liked her, but I don’t hate her. But this, this just validated the people saying na self-righteous sya most of the time.

      Delete
  16. Usually overturned yan dahil na settle of court. Lol

    ReplyDelete
  17. If J&J's products really contain cancer-causing chuvachuchu, I'll still use J&J. Ganun din naman eh. Mamaya mo nian ibang products from other companies naman ang madidiscover na may sangkap na magcocause ng cancer or any other illnesses.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. That’s why you have to read the ingredients of the products. Hindi mo naman kelangan mag-experiment with beakers and all, babasahin mo lang nakalagay sa packaging. Lol.

  18. mga ateng.. yung nagcacancer naman kasi until adulthood nilalagayan po yun pechay nya.... eh sino po sa atin ang gumagawa non... malmang over time sa dami nadeposit na talc eh kugn ano ano an ang nabuo.....

    1. DITTO!!!! Ito yung point ko. Tho I have yet to read yung ibang cases kasi madami daw yan. Pero yun nga, why use it there e hindi naman sya specifically para doon and kahit hindi specified na di pwede yung powder sa "petchay", bakit mo gagamitin yun dun, diba?

      Delete
    2. Korek!!!

      Delete
  19. Pag ad kasi, dapat closed ang comments section so you won’t be put on the spot lalo na sa product/service you don’t know well about.

    ReplyDelete
Haaay.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. So ano dapat?

      Delete
    2. Im the one who agreed na you just dont put it down there kasi hindi naman yun para dun. Were not misinformed, "miss informed". While I get your point na parang tulad din sa lung cancer, you dont have to be a smoker to have that, Our point is, para bang tinulungan nya pa yung cancer to grow there kasi nga intentional na nilagay nya doon. Ganun po, ate.

      Delete
    3. Do your own research if you want to know more, 9:35.

    4. Common sense, anything younput on your body whereever if its carcinogen, can give you a high chance of getting cancer.

      Delete
  21. Kaya pala s mga baby bazaar wala usually J&J products

    ReplyDelete
  22. Instead of attacking the endorser, why not attack the company directly. She's just an endorser, she'll be replaced eventually. Walang sense na sya ang pag initan. Attack the company by exposing what they want swept under the rug through social media, create a blog -research, study, write papers and circulate. Lobby in congress for them to uphold stricter regulations on ingredients used in our products. Mobilize, create a community of like minded people and then maybe eventually bring a class suit. That's how you fight this if you're serious. Otherwise you're just grandstanding and shaming Bianca in this case. Hirap sa mga netizen eh mga mema, mahilig sa low lying fruits pero hugas kamay when it comes to doing the actual gritty and dirty work of advocacy.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Disappointed at Bianca's blind denial of legal decisions against J&J purely because she's an endorser. She's always been opinionated - surprised that her dignity has a price. It's not like she's hard up either.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Kung may doubt sa produkto, in this case numerous law suits, better avoid it. Would you use it on yourself and your family?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Biance super Know It All. She really gives that kind of vibe. Panget kasi pakinggan since its a paid ad. Natural mega defend. But knowing all these J&J lawsuits. Eww

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  29. At pano naman kaya naging best for babies ang J&J (with or without the cases)? Patawa si Bianca at pa-victim card pa na wag daw magmommy-shaming.
