    1. Yung ganyan kagaling, siguro self study yan. Pag maraming time at dedicated talaga. Wow. "you can do anything you set your mind to."

    4. ako I was just wondering if she gives credit to those people i mean monetary credits since diba thru them that's how she creates her amazing works & at the same time she sells them.

      Delete
    5. I'm sure she is supporting some charities. Hindi lang niya pinagkakalat..

      Delete
    6. 7:38 monetary? It seems na picture un at ginawa nyang painting.

  4. Hats off! This is talent.

  5. Ang talented nya talaga! She's a great artist. Hindi yung halos same same lang yung pinipaint and my meaning behind her painting

    1. Even national artists may mga trademark. Ung iba as in magkakamukha ang gawa.

  6. Astig mo, Solenn! :) Some people will just paint nice landscapes, fruits, flowers, birds, etc. Yung pa-safe paintings. Pero ikaw, iba ka! Galing mo! Umaapaw ang talento mo sa sining!

    1. Now that's not a fair statement. As beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so is the subject in the eye of the artist. While I do commend Solenn's execution and appreciate her subject choice, it is not to my liking and something I don't enjoy looking at. Parang too....pa-woke? But again, that's me.

I do understand your extremely shallow point of view though; you probably don't paint / haven't tried painting, If you do, there's no way you'd say "pa-safe" ung mga landscapes, flowers, etc.

    2. Mary Grace Sulla, you gave me an impression that you can’t even sketch a decent flower. There’s no such thing as “pa safe” in the world of art.

  8. She should consider having an exhibit and might be better if she agrees that proceeds go to a good cause. Using her talents to bring awareness on issues she wants to address and to help as well.

    1. Ang talented nya talaga for me sya tlga yun IT GIRL

    2. she had exhibits na before, the latest being Kalsada which was very well-received. proceeds went to some charity or an organization din yata.

i super admire her di ko alam pano nya napagkakasya lahat in 24hrs. she has no PA, cooks for herself and Nico, drives herself to shoots, does her own make-up, exercises daily, runs her dog daily, paints and parties to top it. she had no househelp when she used to live in a condo but perhaps she has one now kasi sobrang laki ng house nila. she’s a superwoman

    3. 1:20 I so agree!

  13. Does she give back to those people?

    ReplyDelete

    1. is that always necessary?

      Delete
    2. Bakit naman kailangan yun? Do you expect that from all painters?

      Delete
    3. Is she required to?

      Delete
    4. Uhmm that is not her job. Seriously, what kind of mindset you have just because she draw here inspirations from them doesnt mean she needs to give back something.

      Delete
    5. Obligasyon ba niya?

      Delete
    6. Ano yan talent fee

      Delete
    7. Kung kasama ako sa painting, I would consider myself honored enough.

      Delete
  14. yan ang tunay na talento

    ReplyDelete
  15. She is giving back by creating these works of art. Those people should be honored. What a dumb question 2:00.

  16. Does she sell prints of her paintings? I'm overseas and her work invokes emotions. She is very talented and so simple and chill IRL. Her beauty is just icing on the cake.

  17. Grabe is there anything this woman can't do? Legit IT girl with pure talent hindi puro pasosyal kahit sosyal na. I love her since Survivor napaka fierce and daring ng babaeng to game na game sa lahat ng challenge walang kaarte arte.

    1. 10:26 huwag kang nega. You don't have to put someone down para maangat ung taong gusto mo

      Delete
Pareho silang talented. Period. Fantard ka lang.

  20. This is real talent. And she really paints, she videos to prove it.

    3. Paka nega neto!

    4. Truth really hurts.11:10 was just expressing her opinion.

    5. 11:10 and 5:18 mga memang walang Alam sa art. Observe kayo ibang artist mga teh Para Alam niyo na artist express their arts differently. Kung ang trademark MO ay street portrait or isda at babae then go. Art is about expression and style. It's not black and white. Pagka walang culture ninyo oi.

      Delete
    6. 5:18 opinion nga ba tawag diyan? That's mocking someone's talent.

      Delete
    7. Expressing opinion can be done positively

    8. Google mo works nina picasso, matisse, so you'd know art has different styles.

Magaling si solenn at maganda gawa nya pero i personally don't like her work. Kanya kanyang taste kasi yan

  21. she's so damn talented!

  22. Ang galing niya! Love it!

  23. Unpopular opinion yata itong sakin, but whenever I see solenn's paintings, the first thing that comes to my mind is the word disjointed. Not solely pertaining to this one painting, pero in general ganun ang vibe ng mga gawa niya. Parang may sariling mundo yung bawat character and parang removed din sila from the scene they are placed in.

    ReplyDelete
She can act, sing, dance, paint, do her own hair and makeup?!

    ReplyDelete
  25. I don’t like her drawings. They look dirty and unfinished. The contrast between light and dark are so harsh and abrupt. It lacks sophistication. It looks amateurish.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Not a good painting. The people look like they have vitiligo......very uneven colour contrast.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Nope. Parang May skin condition ang manga tao. Very unsightly painting. Dapat marunong siya mag polish.
