      She should have kept it professional kung sensitive sya. They were all friends after all. Gretchen seems sneaky.

In summary, pinabulaanan ang mga nilabas na text messages ni gretchen at sinabing sinadya na hindi ilagay ang buong laman ng usapan at pinili lang ang mga text na ilalabas para magmukhang sexual harassment. halimbawa ay yung shower moment daw ang tara grets, na inilabas ng kabilang kampo ang buong usapan na may binabalak palang reformatting na gagawin para sa show. mga ganung ek ek.. pero sinubukan kong hanapin yung iba pang text message na nilabas ni gretchen kung ano naman ang masasabi ng kabilang kampo, pero hindi ko makita yung ibang text message.

    6. Nabasa ko yung position paper pero hindi na yung affidavits. To summarize, they countered gretchen's allegations with verifiable facts. Pinapakita nila na Gretchen's allegations were malicious and she cherry picked and twisted conversations out of context to fit her agenda and support her case that she was sexually harassed. Their position paper also stated that these 2 individuals have issues on her work ethics and performance. They also added that she lacked commitment to do well in her job despite giving her support and second chances to improve. It is a good position paper. I would like to see Gretchen counter this.

      The papers clearly show the decency, integrity, support and friendship that the above-named respondents had given to Gretchen since Day 1, regardless of her INCOMPETENCY, LAZINESS, BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR WRITING SKILLS.

      The above-named respondents never showed any malice, sexual innuendoes or desire to her. Gretchen obviously made up all the lies against them.

If you read these documents+ the texts Gretchen revealed, you'll see how Gretchen twisted everything. Gretchen made it appeared that these two defendants were asking for commitment from her, relationship wise. If you read the entire exchanges between them , the commitment the two defendants were talking about was her commitment to be and look professional... "No revealing clothes, avoid being caught in compromising positions" to uphold the integrity of the shows Gretchen are on. I encourage you all to read before you post. Iangat Naman natin Ang level Ng usapin to something more than tsismis, because this is a serious issue.

  27. After reading these documents, and Ces Drilon's statements, saka ko nakuha Yung comment ni Atty. Ursua about the LGBT. Ces Drilon, when asked to testify during the admin investigation, made a comment about Gretchen seemingly welcoming comments and statements with sexual innuendos, from their male colleagues at tv patrol. And so Ces said that it came as a surprise for her that Gretchen filled a complaint against favila and maricar. Ces probably knew of the text messages between GF and these two defendants, and was surprised why GF singled out the two.

  36. Sorry, but it really appears that Gretchen just did not do her job well and was grasping at straws to keep it. The text threads were always professional, not even friendly! If anything, the boss seemed to be a no-nonsense kind of person who was all about the job (except for the few times there was “biruan”). If I were in Gretchen’s shoes, I wouldn’t feel sexually threatened—I’d feel scared for not doing my job well. I hate to say this, but it seems as if Gretchen is using the “me too” movement to her advantage to save her struggling career. This is terrible. Mga Babae din ang inaakusahan nya.

  39. Besh, tyinaga ko basahin. Here are my impressions. May mga texts na parang mapapaisip ka rin kung ikaw makatanggap ng, "teka, bat may ganito?". Pero kung boss mo ang kausap mo, mahihiya o matatakot ka magpakatotoong magsabi na nasslight ka na pala. Pero unlike sa accusations ni Gretch, hindi maraming instances. And most of the time, siya pa ang nag aaya, which to me, is like taking advantage of people you know likes you/treats you well.

    Another na napansin ko, Gretchen is that officemate na di mo gugustuhin makatrabaho. Mahilig manisi ng iba, tamad, puro palusot. To know na marami artista ayaw magpainterview pala sa kanya, kasi nirerelate niya ang questions sa kanya at sinasali pa mukha niya sa videos, parang gusto niya bida siya.

    Kakadisappoint malaman work ethics ni Gretchen. I wanted to believe her pero nagbago isip ko after reading this.

    GF was kinda pasaway, doing things that'll affect her image and that's out of contract like wearing so revealing clothes, mga pics with other guys (na almost gripping her chest), kandong pics.

    She's not perfoming very well sa job nya.

    She keeps on asking for a chance from her superiors.

    She extracted text messages/convos resulting to misleading context that's sounding like hinaharass sya.


    My take on this is she's in a no-win situation meaning nararamdaman na nyang matatanggal sya but she chose to just file a case just to take revenge/mapunta sakanya sympathy or whatever she's up to

Whether or not close sila ni GF, it is not proper way to assert yourself lalo na may code of conduct na kailangan sundin. Legally may laban si GF, pero konsensya na nila yan at public trial. Sa batas naman black and white lang.

  49. I read everything kahit I had to pause several times kasi sobrang haba and I had things to do. But it will really cast doubt on Gretchen’s accusations. Talagang hindi tayo dapat magreact basta until we know all sides of the story, lalo na sexual harassment is a very serious accusation. Ikakasira yan ng buhay ng lahat ng tao involved, complainant and accused party.

If they continue their offensive actions, then that is the time you can file a complaint. But you have to tell them. Behavior should not be welcoming because if it is welcoming then there is consent.

  55. it took me almost an hour to read the docs...skip q pa ang law churva nyan..hahaha.. My take: 1) don't judge people if you do not know the whole story.
    2) A job needs dedication and commitment, if you can't deliver, then you should be cancelled.
    3) Never blame others for your mistakes.
    4) If you are too sensitive with sexuality and sexual innuendos, stay away. Do not text and invite people whom you are not comfortable with. It says a lot about your real intention.
    5) BE HONEST! wag nyo na kaming pahirapan pa magbasa ng mga ganito..straight to the point na tayo..hahaha...

    Why invite someone for coffee if you feel they are violating you in anyway? Diba dpat kung tungkol sa work yan at ramdam mo na predator kausap mo meeting sa opisina ang hihingin mo hindi ka magaalok ng coffee. Kung serial predator sila at may track record na alam na yan sa office.

    I understand if ever Gretchen felt violated and that is wrong but it is also wrong to accuse someone with malice lalo't hindi nman totoo.

Ganun ba sila ka accommodating and considerate sa lahat ng employees or kay GF lang? At that time, did GF not find that strange at all? When did she start to feel harrassed?     1. The text messages are subtle in their insinuations and innuendos, but contain insinuations and innuendos just the same.

    2. Favila is the one in a position of power, not GF. Her acquiescence, acceptance, and "enjoyment" of the things that are happening are understandable in light of self-preservation as an employee.

    3. The excuses for messages such as "Gusto ko sexy outfit ha birthday ko naman diba" (non verbatim) are lame and apparently made to portray GF as a preying woman, not a victim on the receiving end of these inappropriate remarks.

    4. There was apparent special treatment of GF, such as getting assigned her own segment producers (non-routine practice) and being constantly forgiven for her lapses and inadequacies. Her performance may shed light on her motives, but at the end of the day this isn't an employee review. This is about what they made her feel.

  81. I read through the whole document. It would seem, from my understanding, that Gretchen was incompetent and did not have the focus to deliver her stories. One would wonder why ABS-CBN executives would issue affidavits (which could subject them to perjury punishable by imprisonment if untrue), in support of Cheryl Favila (who does not anymore work for ABS-CBN). Kung babasahin ninyo lahat ng affidavits ng mga nagsupport kay Cheryl Favila, si Gretchen Fullido ay hindi marunong magtrabaho. Ang tagal-tagal na nya sa news pero lagi siya kailangan icorrect, iadvise, irevise, ipep talk, etc. Sa totoo lang surely may backer si Gretchen Fullido from higher management (or malakas sa management) otherwise kung ordinaryong anchor ka lang siguradong sesante ka!

  82. Gretchen found a convenient excuse that she could not delivery quality work due to harassment in the last 3 years. Pero basahin ninyo, Gretchen pa mismo ang nagiimbita kina Cheryl to go out have dinner, coffee, etc. Everyone daw in TV Patrol created a hostile working environment for her. Lumalabas it was you (GRetchen) and me against the world. Had Gretchen not wondered if siya ang may mali kasi lahat ng katrabaho niya may reklamo sa quality ng work nya?
