  1. Mga nanay natin wala naman mga ganyan ganyan.. mashado na lang kasi pressure ng society ngayon at social media to look perfect, but what is perfect, really. Simple lang naman,Dont compare yourself to anyone. And pray for peace and contentment.

    2. I agree.

  3. I like Lara. Ito yung beauty queen na hindi vain. Nothing wrong in working out pag kakapanganak kaso yung iba nasobrahan na.

  4. Kahit hindi ako mommy naiyak ako sa sinabi nya, sometimes people are can be so hurtful even without their intent. I struggled with eating disorder and body dysmorphism kahit payat ako dahil I let people commenting about my weight get into me. Congratulations ms Lara, you are still beautiful.

    1. Ako rin naiiyak kasi i really gained a lot after giving birth... i don’t have a facebook account bec i’m afraid of being judged. I really can relate😔. I lost my confidence.

    2. Yung iba nga after years of giving birth, madamng baby fats paren.

The problem with these women who seem to act like they dont care about their body, in reality they are the ones pressuring themselves. They are not sincere about being OK with their postpartum body. Its like saying "i am here" instead of saying "Her i am". Big difference!

  7. The advent of social media. Kailangan perfect image. Pag hindi perfect, kailangan ijustify. Parating may ipinaglalaban. It has a become a competition. And those who are not happy with who they are get so insecure and post to justify why they are not who they want to be.

  9. I salute Lara for her thankfulness to God for the grace of 2 healthy and handsome babies. Acceptance is the road to loving oneself and loving those around you. In time the body will recoup with some good diet, exercise and quick catnaps in between. Carry on, Lara!

  10. Why do we have to excuse after giving birth? My God, its a gift from heaven. Ako nga fit for a 33yr old di pa nagkakababy, kung lumaki man ako after giving birth I wont mind. People nowadays always think na ibbody shame sila right after giving birth, well not people will do that. Count your blessings and not to worry about the negative impreasion people will give you about your body.

    1. 6:56 The thing is, binody shame na siya right after giving birth. Ofcourse sensitive pa yan probably because of postpartum. Ikaw na rin nagsabi di ka pa nagkaka baby kaya di mo pa alam hanggat di mo mismo maexperience. Malaking changes mararamdaman mo when you you got pregnant, physically, mentally, emotionally, etc... At iba ibang ways din tayo how to deal with it. Swerte mo kung ikaw feeling mo malakas loob mo at under control mo lahat
