The art of making a celebrity look good prior to stepping in front of the camera is the responsibility of the makeup artist. Good makeup artists know how to bring out the best look for their celebrity-clients, and through the years, many makeup artists have seriously studied their craft. Be it from experience or from formal school, makeup artists know what they are doing and are serious in their craft.

Most celebrities are cooperative with their assigned makeup artists, and others even provide their own makeup and brushes. Some celebrities can be very vain when it comes to using stuff on their faces, and the makeup artists understand this attitude. Nonetheless, other celebrities can be a nightmare when it comes to being prepped up prior to a performance.

Recently, observers noted that Talented Performer (TP) seems to be giving his makeup artists a hard time by meddling with their job. If he does not like the makeup, he tells the makeup artist directly to his/her face. At times, TP interferes and even gives instructions to the makeup artists, who might even actually have a longer career than he has. Hence, whenever it’s the turn of TP on the chair, the assigned makeup artist has to deal with someone who thinks he can do a better job.

Incidentally, this attitude of TP has fueled speculations on why he seems to be interested in makeup and even gives the impression of wanting to take-over the job of the makeup artist. His nitpicking and the way he conducts himself in the dressing room raise doubt on whether the image he projects in front of the camera is a mere cover up for his inclination.
