    1. Totoo, pati nga yata si Lara Quigaman if I'm not mistaken. Kasi may parang school talaga sila for beauty queens. No big deal. Wag masamain lahat.

    1. The pressure got to her. Walang ka spark spark ang performance.

      Delete
    2. Hindi talaga siya prepared. Iba ang dating ng isang kandidatong handa. It’s a different level of training kung lalaban ka sa international beauty pageant. She didn’t prepare as well as she should have. She busied herself with social media postings showing how “feisty” she is and focused on starting her showbiz career. I think she was insecure from the very beginning and probably didn’t believe wholeheartedly that she deserved to represent country at that level.

    3. Korak!!! Wala si atey

      Delete
    4. Yeah, Mariel reminds me of our past candidates, yung mga 90’s to early 2000’s na magaganda pero walang substance.

      Delete

  5. Blame the contestant not the trainer coz it’s up to her how to handle a beauty pageant like this!!

  6. Omg ! I am SHOOKT! What did they even think of doing this ?! Ang nagagawa nga naman ng pera o!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Bitter much?

    1. Infer odds were against Mariel right from the start. Mahirap mag back to back win.

    2. 12:57 define "alibi"

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Oks lang naman di magback to back, kaso ni top 15 wala.

      Delete

  10. What's the matter? Are the two main beauty camps subsidized or government owned? Why question their loyalty to the country, they are just training camps who produced winners. In short, they are private businesses! They can train who they want, so long that they can pay their fees to be taught grace, posture, and poise.

It's still the candidate who must do her best to shine when she's on stage. Mariel does not even have the body to compete! Either she was not happy to represent, or she did not listen to her trainers, she simply was not ready for the pageant!

    1. Read this, people!

    2. So true, it’s a private business with no government subsidy, what they’re doing is not illegal let them be. In the long run it will be beneficial to the Philippines to be known as School for BeautyCon✌🏻

      Wala ka pong magagawa dyan!
Kung mamaster man ng iba ang "pinoy formula" (kung meron man), isn't it about time that we improved that formula and change for the better?!!

Lastly, nasa kandidata yan ON THE DAY OF THE PAGEANT ITSELF!!
Iba ang theory sa application, ok?!

    2. 8:33 naisip mo bang ang mga nag tra training sa mga camp nayan ay iba iba naman ng kakayahan at abilidad unlike ng example mo na chicken wherein kung lagyan mo ng recipe ay percect na ang lasa? if you're confident enough to share your so called secret formula why not? sabi nga nila iba ang pinoy diba? so kung iba ka talaga kahit pareparehas kayo ng natututunan may isa pading aangat dyan. para lang yang isang buong class section gets moko?

  20. Pera pera lang yan... di naman libre so walang pake mga training agency unless may pambayad go lang. business is business

    ReplyDelete
  21. It's not a closely guarded secret.

    Tandaan:
Si Miriam Quiambao nadapa, nag 1st Runner up.

Malaking factor yung training nila pero at the end of the day, pag nasa stage na sila, kandidata pa rin ang magdadala.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Lol why is this an issue now eh yung camp ni Mariel eh apparently tine-train din yung Ms. Indonesia for Miss Universe. Bakit di nalang tanggapin na di araw-araw may crown Pinas.

    ReplyDelete
  23. So di pwede mag business si Rodgil Flores? Ano yan? Charity? Well deserved naman ang Indonesia manalo; from performance to presentation.

A&Q has always been weak in Miss Intl. weakness nila yan, and KF’s weakness is MU.

    3. Fifty fifty pa rin. You are lessening the odds for Philippines.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  29. Eh ano naman? Depende pa rin naman yan sa kandidata. Waley lang talaga si Mariel both beauty and brains

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I don't like Mariel pero wag namang ganyan. She has the beauty and brains but hindi nga lang pam-beauty queen.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  31. Wala sa training camps yan. Nasa candidate kung gano talaga siya kagaling

    ReplyDelete
  32. So what? Pag magalaing eh magaling pag olats tanggapin.

      Delete
  33. Business is business. Also, at the end of the day, yung candidate pa rin ang rumarampa sa stage.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  36. what’s wrong with that ba? di naman yan gov’t owned. yan tayo eh.. dahil TALO si mariel may mga ganyang isssue. pag nanalo waley mga ganyan. accept na lang kasi. umiissue pa eh

    ReplyDelete
Juiceko, kahit yang dalawang beauty camps pa ang nag train kay Mariel 24/7, kung not meant to be yung crown or runner up sa kanya, eh it is what it is.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Mariel was a lost cause. We are taking about the future.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Ok lang naman i-train sila.
Ang problema po yung mga Indonesian pageant fans wagas kung makapintas sa mga Filipina candidates and yung mga Indonesian representatives, they deny having trained here in the Philippines.
Yun po ang masama at masaklap 🙄

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. for all we know confidential ang training nila dito kaso nga, alam mo naman ang pinoy, mga walang delikadeza kahit confidential eh ipagsasabi pa din.

    2. Kung talagang confidential iyan, as in 100 percent confidential, hindi lalabas iyan.

  40. Dapat nga maging proud tayo na dito pa sa atin nagtrian yung mga nanalo kahit na mimaliit tayo ng mga yan INDONESIA and so on. Abah thrid world cpuntry at poorita nga bansa natin eh BAKIT DITO SILA SA ATIN NAGTE TRAIN, HAHA.

    2. 3rd world country rin po ang Indonesia

So mas me advantage sha from the start 😂

    ReplyDelete
  42. Nakahanap na naman si Mariel ng dahilan!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Si miss Japan kfcebu ang ng train sa kanya dahil mama niya is from Cebu and last year during her vacation ng train na siya before siya ng compete sa miss Japan.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. so ibig sabihin ang mama niya me dugong Pinoy? eh di para na rin palang nanalo ang Pinas.

      Delete
  44. so anu gusto palabasin? pag talo talo! hahanapan pa ng dahilan. pinoy nga naman walang natatalo kz lahat nadadaya.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hindi lang nanalo ang bet ng Pinas, now naman naki ride-on naman sa ganitong issue... E pag may nagawang pagkakamali, ganun din ba kadali angkinin na kababayan??? just saying

    ReplyDelete
  46. Why do Filipinos invest so much in watching pageants? Try watching football , it's more fun!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Ahhh...now i know. Kaya pala kylieng kylie ang style/pose/aura nya. When inwas watching it, i thought ginagaya nya si kylie. Now i know same trainor pala.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I cannot say if is right or wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  50. While our contestants are trying to give pride to the country by bringing home the crown. KF is trying to give pride to themselves or make a name for themselves alone.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  52. Ganyan sa sports. May coaches who train athletes from other countries... lalo at the Olympic level. It's not about lacking loyalty. They still train people from their own countries too. OA ng mga tao.
