    4. According to Vogue, cleavage is now out of fashion. And model siya, so mas madali siya bihisan kung di siya busty. Di naman siya png FHM or calender girl no.

      Delete
    5. But she's tall, she has a slim figure, has long legs and an attractive face. Minsan kase pag masyadong busty, bastusin na tignan or masyadong pa-sexy ang appeal.

    6. Merong swim suit pero sa pre-pageant na lang

    7. Eh pag malaki naman boobs, sasbihin peke.

    1. Mukha lang talaga siyang mayaman at sosyal which is totoo naman, kaya na-maintain ang good looks niya. pero parang pangkaraniwan lang din siya. i just wonder kung lumaki siya na ibang environment, yung pang middle class, dito sa pinas, ganyan pa rin kaya siya ka-presentable?

      Delete
    2. Walang panama yung pure pinay sa Miss World, mas gusto ng president ng Miss World Organization yung mestisa.. Since 2011 wala pang pure pinay ang nanalong Miss World Philippines.

      Delete
    3. @12:51 Pangkaraniwan pa ba yan? I'm sure maganda pa din siya dahil half Aussie siya...

      Delete
    4. May pure pinay naman noon sa MU si Janine, pero nilait lait ng mga netizens.

      Delete
    5. May of our past candidates have been pure Pinay beauties. You can see how we fared in Miss World since we first joined...that should tell you alot already.

  10. Gone are the days na ang mga beauty queens natin at representative natin sa intl beauty contests e mga native-probinsyana type ng pinay. Ngayon kasi puro mga prominent names na talaga bago pa man talaga manalo. Karamihan nasa showbiz na talaga, or well-off family, or big names na. Not necesarily a bad thing. Just saying :)

    1. 12:55, do mean that Gloria Diaz, Margie Moran, Aurora Pijuan, Melanie Marquez, Myrna Panlilio, Gemma Cruz,Pilar Pilapil, Chat Silayan, Charlene Gonzalez, Ruffa Gutierrez, etc were native Probinsyana types? Mas madami pang sosyal noon.

      Delete
    2. Correct! Anon. 2:37

      Delete
    3. LOL @ 12:55. Ayan nilista tuloy ni 2:37 ang mga "probinsyana, native looking" candidates na sinasabi mo back in the days.

    5. I dont get your point. Majority of these queens have foreign blood. Kung native looking ang hanap niyo humagilap kayo sa mga liblib na lugar. Its in our nature na nahahaluan tayo ng foreign blood, we have been occupied by a lot of nations and have worked with a lot of nations. So why do people criticize halfies but hindi niyo lang alam na kayo mismo may halong foreign blood.

      Dont be give double standards.

      Delete

  18. hindi naman sanay nagtagalog so parang d bagay i represent ang philippines. kung d pwde ibawal na pasalihin ang hindi pure pinay, sana man lang magkaron ng rule na sa pinas lumaki or at least 5 years residency

    1. That would be discrimination for you will be discriminating Filipinos who had the capacity to live decently abroad but are still very much a Filipino. Or, those half-Filipinos who lived here but have not the ability to speak the language because English is their primary language at home.

      Delete
    2. how to prove a pure pinay? most if not has spanish, malay, or chinese blood in their roots...

      Delete
    3. You need to open your mind and expand your horizons, girl. Pageant lng yan, gusto mo pa mgdiscriminate. Ang babaw mo!

      Delete
    4. And if you want pure Pinoys, yug mga aeta po yun and other indigenous groups dito sa Pinas.

      Delete
  19. Too funny. She doesn't even represent true Filipinos.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. What do you mean by "true"? Pure or not, it does not matter. All of us here in the country are not pure anyway. So why bother finding one. She already won and will represent us in the pageant. Pls don't say "proud pinoy" when she wins. Napaka mema

  20. Grabe!! Ang ganda nya

    ReplyDelete
  21. based from this video (first time ko lang siya makita and mapanood LOL) malaki chance nya manalo. She has a great personality. Good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Galing! At ang ganda nya. Kamukha nya si Isabel Oli ng slight.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Galawang racist 'yung di daw pure Pinay si Cat or doesn't represent the Filipinos. She competed in the pageant. SHE WON. Anong problema ninyo?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Pinoys na sobrang limited ang perspective. Subukan kaya nila mgmigrate in another country, how would they feel if the locals their tell them the same things? "You don't belong here/you don't represent our country/you're not a true (insert Nationality here)/you don't represent our culture" etc. Unfortunately sa Pinas, acceptable yan; in developed countries, it's racist to say such things. At the tragic thing is, kahit may dugong Pilipino (half-this or half-that) nddiscriminate lalo.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Ang pagiging Pinay nasa puso, isip. Hindi sa kulay. Ano ba tunay na Pinay? Wala naman! Kc halo halo na ang dugo natin! Intsik, Spanish, Malay, Puti.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. So kahit sino pwde maging Pilipino? Unless nanirahan ka ng mga 10 years na siguro sa Pinas, the answer is no!
