Anon 2:41 ikaw kaya mag 2 miscarriage at mag super selan na pagbubuntis, would you not want the best care for you? We can't deny that the US has more advanced technology and practices when it comes to medicine, so it fits the maselan Mariel well.
Visa Application and embassy protocols are not public in nature. Robin doing the irritating post everyday will not do him any good. It's not showbiz where one can get anything he wants because of connections and ex-deals.
Ngayon ung US embassy ang iniistress nila.
Robin gets more and more pathetic and desperate each time he posts something like this. Di ba super-kaduper mega supporter kayo ni Digong who disgusts the Americans to death? And again why the need to give birth in the US? Para automatic US citizen si baby Binoe? Don't us Robin and Mariel. Don't us.
Ikaw shunagbells bes. Automatic US citzenship po yan if BOTH parents are US citzens. Robin is not (di nga makakuha ng US visa e, anubah). There are certain conditions that must be met first and under the current circumstances, the only way for the kid to get US citizenship is if Mariel gives birth in the US. Jus soli po. Read up, GMG.
2:15 A child born outside US to US citizen parent, the parent MUST be a primary residence of US for the child to be automatically considered an american citizen..which mariel is not.
According to USCIS dot gov, to pass US citizenship to a child born outside the US, the USC parent must have "been physically present in the US or territories for a period of at least 5 years at some time prior to the birth, of which at least 2 years were after his/her 14th birthday".
1:30, maraming maaayos na hospital at magagaling na doctor sa atin who can handle the most complicated pregnancies. The fact na nakapag-travel pa si Mariel on her 2nd trimester and was able to fly to the US means that she and the bun in the oven are perfectly fine. They made this choice themselves kahit na malabong makakuha ng visa si Robin. And the more na mag-socmed sila, mas lalong waley yan.
I dont get it...why not give birth here in Manila if may visa issue pala si binoy?
1:46 not true..Mariel must be a US primary resident for a period of time in able for her child to be a US citizen at birth if born outside US..obviously they knew it.
In a way tama naman si 1:46. If any of the parent is a US citizen, a child born outside US is still a US citizen. They'll have to submit a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. Matrabaho lang na process kasi you'll need to submit documentation like the NSO birth certificate. But sa case ni Mariel, this is easier as compared to Robin getting a US visa
7:38 pag research mo pa ko i'm a US citizen and jan nag give birth sa Pinas and my child acquired my US citizenship puro kayo mag basa ng libro sa akin based on experience
but on Mariel's case she is not a US primary resident which is highly required..at alam nila yon kasi hindi sya pupunta sa US to give birth just for her child to a US citizen.
Not funny and definitely not amazing
I cringed lol. Stop it Robin . "my American wife"( who does not live and pay her taxes here in the US) your message shows you are pressuring US embassy.
Cringeworthy and so not professional looking. Kala mo naman may care ang Consul General with IG posts. He just made his situation worse. Last thing their office needs or wants is the feeling that they're getting pressured to give him a visa.
2:02, it's not automatic. How long ba napatira ng America si Mariel? Importante yun.
feeling ko alam naman niyang di siya ma-grant ng visa. the reason he keeps on posting eh para nga pag denied ulit, may "proof" kuno na inaapi siya/sila ng US..
Yup. Same here. I had a few relatives that didn't get to attend and see a loved one's funeral because denied a visa. I know someone who missed out on the birth of their child also because of this. So it disgusts me that Robin is outright begging and using his VIP connections to get a free pass. Hypocrite!
Anong kabalbalan to? Why not have the baby in Pinas? I was born in the Philippines, naging US citizen pa rin ako because my Dad is a US citizen. Mga kaartehan.
But u didnt acquire it through birth?. May i just ask before u become a citizen u were an immigrant first right? Impossibleng agad agad eh naging american citizen ka, that only applies to people who were born in an american soil.
Bakit kailangan pa i-post sa IG? Do you think it will give you a better chance of getting a visa kung pinopost mo ang letter mo sa IG? Papansin lang to!
1:58 Hahaha! Dapat ata magsend si Robin sa US embassy ng appeal na pag naka 1M likes and shares ang post nya, mabibigyan na siya ng visa. Try kaya niya yun.
Ang drama ng mag asawa na ito. Alam nila na pwedeng hindi makapunta si robin ng America but they still took the chance. Live with the consequences and besides maraming bansa na pwede siyang manganak.
Have you seen House and do you remember Caitie who needs to go to SG for diagnosis? Also, for me ok lang ipost yan because the struggle is real pagdating sa US Visa. My doctor friend could not take his final licensure exam sa US kahit naipasa nya na yung sa Hawaii. Then may endorsement na sya from doctors in the US, hospital and one senator. Nakamatayan nya na ang American dream nya.
There are thousands ..if not millions applying for US Visa everyday. Robin's case is not unique as pwede namqng manganak si Mariel sa Pinas! And the Philippines has world class doctors and hospitals pag may pera ka. Robin should stop acting like he is VIP dahil hindi yan uubra sa mga Amerikano. Rules are rules and unfortunately for him, he will never be qualified to be granted one dahil may bad record sya
Even if he dumps a ton of appeal letters at the US embassy in Manila, walang mangyayari. He needs to address his appeal to the US government is Washington, to homeland security, FBI, etc. because they are the ones to call the shots. Taga-implement lang ang US embassy.
some minor corrections on the misconceptions of some readers here....u dont need to give birth in the US just so the baby can acquire US citizenship....you can read it directly from US immigration website
No ur wrong, check it again. The us citizen parent should stay in the us for a long time, u can only acquire automatic citizenship through birth, because if thats the case then there a lot of Filipinos who became an american citizen in an instant.
If Mariel is indeed a US citizen, she can still give birth here so that Robin doesn't need to go to the US and apply and beg for a visa grant. All they need to do is register their child's birth wih the US Embassy here, as long as one of the parents is a US citizen. That's what my husband and I did when I gave birth to my daughter since my husband is American and I remain a Filipino citizen. Just my 2 cents.
Thats diff you husband is an AMERICAN through blood its diff if the citizen is a foreigner in this case a Filipino. They have to evaluate it and check what category the child falls too, u can check it in the immigration law. Just my 2 cents.
@4:14 - What are u talking about? They have the same rights. The baby can be born anywhere in the world as long as one of the parents is an American citizen. It's called jus sanguinis. It doesnt matter if the parent is a naturalized American or American "by blood". Which btw, there is no such thing dahil lahat ng Americans ay may halong lahi/dugo.
Kaumay serye... denied is denied... kawawa naman ang ibang aplikante na mas may malinis na pangalan na nadeny if they grant visa to this Robin Padilla.
Praying for them...
ReplyDeleteIpray mong tumigil na si Robin kasi he will never be granted a visa.
DeleteAnon 1:38AM, I was thinking of the same thing. It is unnecessary to say that he has Spanish heritage.
DeleteTrue, he can never have a visa because of his imprisonment history. It is a boo boo for US visa.
Delete1:38 Exactly! Irrelevant na yon sa visa application nya.
DeleteMany spanish people in US. Mahihirapan sya makakuhs gawa ng criminal history nya.
Deleteanon 1:38 and 2:46 kze po, madami din latin americans sa US, which is spanish blood.
DeletePlus the fact na Muslim sya, isip isip muna sya pag may time. It mad matters worse ng anti-american rants nya, red flag na sya sa US
DeleteAng followers ang mag-approve ng visa? Ganun?
DeleteHahhaha 10:40 correct!
DeleteAng application for visa ay parang application rin for citizenship naturalization, it's a privilege, not a right.

DeleteLoL ipost talaga sa insta? American wife huh?!
ReplyDeleteMariel is an American citizen, diba?
DeleteAmerican talaga but Filipino when it's convenient.
DeleteNgayon ko lang nalaman.. Robinhood pala talaga name nya. Ngayon ung US embassy ang iniistress nila.
ReplyDeleteKaya nga akl siguro nila maaapprove since US citizen si Mariel at malapit ng manganak. Wrong move ksalanan nila yan.
DeleteRobin gets more and more pathetic and desperate each time he posts something like this. Di ba super-kaduper mega supporter kayo ni Digong who disgusts the Americans to death? And again why the need to give birth in the US? Para automatic US citizen si baby Binoe? Don't us Robin and Mariel. Don't us.

ReplyDeleteTrue. It somehow becomes annoying na tignan.
Baka gusto lang nila makasiguro and they prefer better naman

DeleteI dont get it...why not give birth here in Manila if may visa issue pala si binoy?
DeleteKasi Mommy Mariel's baby won't get instant US citizenship if the baby will be born in the Philippines kahit pa US citizen si Mariel.

Deleteso embarrassing lol give it up "robin padilla"
ReplyDeleteDid you even enlist the help of the famous attorney michael gurfinkel? Posting something like this in social media not really going to help you robin.
ReplyDeleteYes, he has Gurfinkel helping him out. Not a guarantee, though. Personally, I don't think lawyers can help -- kung talagang denied, denied ka.
Deletebaka dahil sa kagaganyan nila lalo sya hindi i grant ng visa. bakit kailangang i post sa IG ang letter nya? it should be private, right?
