      Delete
    3. Te, 45k ang binayad mo! And Balesin is an exclusive resort, di ka pwedeng pumunta dun kung wala kang kasamang member. It is expected na malinis yung resort!

Nag babayad ka to have a clean and relaxing room. A home away from home. I work sa hotel, and even loaded guests would not stay or clean up in a room like this.

    5. so stupid my goodness

Di deserve day! Im a frequent traveler, i know kunng saan ako lulugar depende sa binayaran kong room.

      Delete
    9. @anon 4:10AM lels. Stupid indeed.

      Delete
    10. It's either you are being sarcastic or simply very dumb.

      Delete
    11. Hahahaha.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Yuck! Is that what you get for the "name"? Even 3-star local hotels know how to clean their rooms.

They could have opted for HK or Singapore trip with those prices. Kalerks!

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    2. It doesn't matter kung pang regular room ang bayad nya or not, he's still a paying guest.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Gosh!

    1. Aminin mo na , gawain mo din yan

    2. No matter your status is, when you are in a place marketed as "luxury", or any service for that matter, you should expect the best of everything. From the moment you step out of your plane to the moment you leave, service beyond expectations should always be provided. That's how you, as a business, attract more guests as well as brand loyalty.

      Delete
    3. I've seen cleaner budget hotels. Baka hindi sila na-inform na for 22k+, all they get is a sub-par dirty room.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  13. Ganto ba talaga sa Balesin?? Sa mga up upan pls enlighten us hahha

    1. Yes and you will be apalled as to how they treat their staff especially with the kind of food they feed them

    ReplyDelete
  17. baka sa servants quarters ka binook

    ReplyDelete
  18. 22k a night ang bayad mo kasi hindi ka member. members pay half that. invited ka lang ng member kaya kebs nila siguro sayo. haha sorry truth hurts. mag check in ka ng more than 1 night para hindi bitin. halong bitter ito kasi hindi ganyan sa balesin. smear campaign pag may time para maka free stay.

    ReplyDelete

    1. So? Why treat a guest that way? Hindi rin ikinaganda ng Balesin yan. Grabe defend agad sa favorite social climber hotspot ah?

      Delete
    2. So ganun pala patakaran if you are just a paying invited guest they dont care at you at all? How shallow nman ng rules nila kun ganun. Or you!

      Delete
    3. dapat nga mas itratao nila ng mas maganda ang invited guest since nagbayad pala sya ng double kaysa sa member. instant may 22k na agad ang balesin sa invited guest per day. so pag member pala ibibigay sayo magandang room pero pag hindi doon kalang sa luma, marumi at pangit na room? anong klaseng pag-iisip yan anon 1:10am.

      Delete
    4. Learn to read. They stayed for two nights. They were paying guests, they have the right to expect clean room and good service. Don't be ignorant.

      Delete
    5. Halatang social climber si 1:10! I'm sure you can't even afford to go there. Pa-cool lang pero jeje naman mag-type.

      Delete
    6. Regardless! He's a paying guest so he deserves a clean room & good service! I travel a lot due to work & have stayed in so many hotels, but I haven't come across a room that's as dirty as this, not even in a 3-star hotel.

      Delete
    7. My gulay. I went to HK for 3 days/2nights and stayed in just a 3 star hotel. I occupied queen sized bedroom overviewing the harbour. Grabe ang ganda ng room at ang linis plus the breath-taking view for the price of 3,500 per night. Mas pipiliin ko yun ng 1Mx over this Balesin. Overrated masyado.

      Delete
  20. ang mahal pala talaga diyan sa Balesin, aside from privacy e status lang pala binabayaran mo kung ganyang pangit ang service at facilities... yung 24k per night nila sobra pa sa budget ko during my DIY trips to Boracay, El Nido and Cebu-Bohol (3-4 stars accommodation lang pero okay na kesa sa picture ni netizen)

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 24k per night for non members but if member ka you'll have to pay 2m, 4m or 6million prior to membership with 14kmonthly expenses. So if this person is just a non member guest this is not a surprise at all.

      Delete
    2. salamat sa paliwanag anon 2:59am :)

  21. Bad service is bad service. No excuses. Whoever is the paying guest doesn't deserve that poir treatment. One bad experience multiplies exponentially.

    ReplyDelete
  22. The over sa pagka over hyped na Balesin. Nganga! Jusko!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Member or non-member you're still a guest and have right to give feedback on the quality of the service, etc.

Balesin is an ultra exclusive private island (yes it's not just a resort) for the truly rich Pinoys. Far richer than local showbiz personalities even the most famous ones. They definitely do not invite artists to promote the place. They don't need to. Guests there don't even make pansin celebrities. Those celebrities who post photos in Balesin are the ones riding on it's high class image and not the other way around. (I've been there once. Lucky to have a friend who's a member. Fortunately I had an enjoyable stay.)

    ReplyDelete
  27. I think Balesin is overated because of celebrities going there...maraming luxurt hotel mas maganda at malinis pa diyan.i've tried thunderbird resort in launion and its the best..just sayinh

Kaloka!!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Experienced the same last April. Comparing to my trip there 2 years ago, talagang nagdeteriorate ang service ng Balesin and the facilities are not well-maintained. Sayang kasi napabayaan ng management, to think they increased pa the rates. Same sentiments with my friends and colleagues, hindi na worth it pumunta at that rate.

    ReplyDelete
  31. That bathroom is ewwww.......and they can't even clean the stained carpet.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Wow sabaw 40k na yan? Kung keri mo ganyang price mag SG or HK kana lang. Or other underrated hotels... di worth it sa 40k. Pang marina bay sands na yan.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. yes korek! around 15k to 16k meron kanang standard room sa marina bay sands hotel. kung type nya beach eh sa sentosa sya mag stay :)

  33. Nakakahiya.

    ReplyDelete
  35. We went there April last year for a 3-day vacation courtesy of our company. Service was good naman maybe because we were guests of one of Alphaland's officers. Place was great, nakaka-amaze pero ang mahal lang talaga ng food buti na lang libre. Haha. Too bad ganyan yung experience nila, ang dumi naman. If I have 40K to spend, I'd rather go abroad na lang pero it was a good experience pa rin naman.

    ReplyDelete
  36. bakit may band aid?
Kaya boss kong Arabyano, ayaw nya sa Pinas. Sabi nya di pa tlga prepared ang Pinas to be a tourist destination in all of its definition/ aspect compared to Thailand. Wala kasi cooperation between the people, govt and ung company.
We have a long way to go....

    ReplyDelete
  37. Mas ok pa hotel sa Siargao. Why would you go to Balesin eh kung mas maraming pulo na pwedeng puntahan sa pilipinas, sa 45k na yan makaka tatlong pulo ka pa.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies

      Delete
    2. Anong pinagsasabi mo? Kahit anong status sa buhay kung nagbayad ka man o sabit ka lang dapat tratuhin kang guest hindi kung ano pa man

      Delete
Alta?

      Delete
    4. 4:10 makapurita ka dyan. Nakaya nga nung tao na magwaldas ng 48K in just 2 days e. Walang purita na kayang gumastos ng ganyan.

      Delete
    5. well obviously mga poorita din kau kasi nalalakihan na kau sa 44k no! juice colored guest lang sya hindi member so dont expect same treatment as compare sa e true member na milyones ang naibayad sa resort para maging member at legit elitista.

  38. Pag artista, maganda ang service. Pag da hu... uhhmmmm.... pwede na!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  40. Kaya di umuunlad ang tourism sa Pinas kasi instead of customer service mas inuuna pa ang kikitain or ung policy na kala mo hindi pwede ibreak. Kahit ano man ang status mo you are a customer and entitled for the services/ facilities/ accommodations that you paid for. Bad image na tong Balesin sa akin. Pupuntahan ko pa naman. I better find alternative vacay spot.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Been there a couple of times. The services was not as bad as he said. The rooms were clean and the staff is accommodating.

    ReplyDelete
  42. was there last year. bad service. most of the staff are interns (OJT's) so service is not professional. food was expensive but quality is mediocre. choices are limited since you have to travel to the other side of the island if you prefer a different cuisine, but just the same, wala pa din lasa ang pagkain. Overrated. Maganda pa sa Bohol, Boracay or Cebu
