IF believes that the opportunity for her to meet PT is becoming a reality again, as CP has decided to distance herself from PT. When her friends reminded her that professional circumstances are making her plan impossible, IF remained optimistic. After all, IF strongly believes that if management had not pushed for the novelty of CP and PT, she would be with PT, as she was the original partner of PT.
As soon as she was able, IF contacted PT and asked how he was. The conversation turned to his relationship with CP. Then, IF said that if PT is dropped by his management, she can use her connections for him to be absorbed by a new professional family. After all, IF reminded PT that top management favors CP over him. PT replied that as far as he knows, his professional partnership with CP is intact and everything is fine. Moreover, PT said that IF might have just received wrong information, as he and CP have a misunderstanding. Further, PT said that he has not returned to his work with CP due to the quarantine. Still, IF said that in case her hunch happens, he knows how to contact her and she’ll always be with him as a friend.
Bothered by the conversation, PT called his handler and asked if problems will be hitting his professional life. The reply PT received was that all is well and if he’s not receiving word about jobs with CP, a work stoppage was being implemented. PT just needs to fix his issues with CP and things will be back to normal. After all, big projects are already being planned for the two of them.
After a few days, IF contacted PT and told him that she has already talked to her management. IF said that in case PT decides to leave his management, her professional family is interested in him. Calming down, PT told IF to lay-off and stop sending him messages. He’s busy trying to win back CP. However, PT is facing a solid wall, as CP is not interested. She is still hurting, like a girlfriend who was shocked to find out the truth from social media, and not from her partner himself.
