Tragic Circumstances

The family life of Semi-retired Actor (SA) was deemed ideal at the onset. His parents were both respected in showbiz and their marriage was welcomed. Sadly, his happy life ended when the marriage was over. SA was left him moving from one home to another to be with his mom or dad. The separation left a scar in SA, as he grew up.
Demanded by his status to have a career in the industry, SA obliged and many thought he would become the ultimate leading man. The prediction was wrong. SA followed another path that left many unsettled. Years later, SA hurdled his personal issues, but his private life was indeed sad.
Allegedly, his relationship was far from ideal. He found out that His Partner (HP) was cheating on the side, not once, but several times. Worse, HP has a bad habit, as well. SA had to teach HP a lesson when he learned one of her cheating incidents involved someone close to him.
When SA decided to end their relationship, he left their child with HP. Rumors added that HP was unable to care for the child as she needed to work. Hence, the child was thus entrusted to relations.

Love’s Controversial Present

While things are now smooth with Current Love (CL), Network Talent (NT) is now being accused of cheating. Apparently, NT hurt Old Flame (OF) so much when they parted.
NT has been in showbiz for quite a time. The management had given NT various projects that tested the versatility of any actor. NT delivered and the continuous assignments proved the trust of the higher-ups. Even if NT faced a lot of competition from talents inside and outside of their station, NT chose loyalty above all else.
One day, NT decided to end speculations of one’s status. After all, fans were curious about an actor’s personal life. NT admitted CL was making life special. The two were happy, but the alleged backstory proved interesting, too.
Insiders revealed that NT was already with OF for a good number of years when CL entered the picture. NT was probably smitten that led to the break-up of the relationship with OF. If the break-up was seen as a clean way, that is, ending a relationship before pursuing the next, rumors claimed another. Allegedly, NT was cheating already with CL while still with OF. Most parting of ways are deemed painful, but lucky for NT, OF remained quiet so as not to create any career controversy.

A well-heeled couple is suing JP Morgan over claims it sold $10million worth of jewelry they had stored in a safety deposit box at the bank.
Jorge and Stella Araneta said after years of having safety deposit boxes with the bank, in 2016 JP Morgan began sending their bill to the wrong address and caused them to fall behind on their payments.
They allege the bank sent warnings that the box's contents would be removed if payments were not made, but that those warnings were also sent to an incorrect address.
After the accounts went unpaid for nearly a year, the couple said in 2017 JP Morgan drilled into the boxes and removed the contents, which consisted of rare coins, jewelry, and precious metals, according to Bloomberg.
The Aranetas said the bank did not successfully notify them until 2019, and that they brought their account current immediately after learning what had been happening.
Though the bank assured them their valuables would be returned, the couple allege JP Morgan later sold them at auction for $552,700 - a mere fraction of their multi-million-dollar value.
The Aranetas live in the Philippines but have addresses in Miami and Manhattan where their invoices from JP Morgan had been being sent since they opened their accounts in 2006.
In their suit, they said ten years later the bank began sending invoices to an PO box in Louisiana and they never saw them or following warnings about back-payments.
As the accounts went unpaid, they said JP Morgan finally sent a warning saying their boxes would be drilled into and their contents removed if payments were not received within 60 days.
That warning was also sent to the Louisiana address, and in February 2016 the bank drilled into four boxes and moved their contents to storage.
It wasn't until three years later they said they were notified about what had happened. They said they paid up, and the bank assured them their belongings would be safely returned.
But the Aranetas allege that ten months later the bank instead auctioned the belongings off.
The couple sued the bank on multiple claims in 2022. On Wednesday, US District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald dismissed one of those claims.
But the case is continuing on other claims of negligence.
