After their supposed reconciliation, Pretty Talent (PT) immediately went to stay with Her Boyfriend (HB) in a posh home, which is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of regular city life, but close enough not to miss it so much. People who knew about HB’s career and home noticed a mismatch. The rent in the area was quite high and spending that much can dent anyone’s pocket. Hence, people wondered if HB has a benefactor, who could fend for his needs. Rumors have it that the alleged benefactor paid the rent for a year.
Meanwhile, PT’s family was saddened by her decision, as they were with her during the times of her emotional lows, as well as time away from HB and her work. Allegedly, PT did not give an explanation and just left to be with HB.
However, a more interesting story that is emerging from the grapevine is that PT and HB will soon be unveiling their biggest project, which has long been in the mind of their followers. IF PT and HB say something, the revelation will put an end to rumors and either generate praise or bashing for the couple.

Sometime ago, Offcam Staff (OS) noticed that Network Talent (NT) seemed to be showing interest in Another Staff (AS). OS noticed how NT looked at AS when they had to meet for work. OS assumed NT was showing his best side to impress AS. Eventually, OS found out that NT has been communicating with AS.
AS was surprised as OS and other personnel told her about NT’s way of looking at her. They agreed NT was kind and lovable, and wondered if he had been flirting with AS in his own way. The giddiness was there until one day, AS was informed of the rumor NT was spreading. Allegedly, NT was telling people that AS was behaving like a stalker and obsessed with him. OS was surprised at the story as well, as NT seemed to have been doing the first moves and cute impressions.
Later, OS found out AS was dismissed. OS was shocked that NT was capable of twisting a story and tarnishing the reputation of another co-worker.

How true is the rumor that a Prized Actor (PA) was offered a lucrative deal? Allegedly, PA was presented with several projects that will be consecutive and another one in which he will co-star with Famous Celebrity (FC). These days, PA and FC are bankable, not only in projects but in endorsements as well. Hence, their partnership has the makings of a box-office draw.
The rumored offer made PA think. When work was hard to come by and nothing was certain given the competition, PA was overwhelmed. PA reflected on his present status. After all, he’s just one among the many talents in his current management.
PA looked back at where he started. He was just an ordinary boy with a typical reason for joining showbiz, that is, to give his family a better life. He believed his looks could lead to opportunities so he patiently went from one audition to another until he was finally noticed. The reminiscing made PA reach a conclusion. When no one wanted to give him a break, his team believed in and patiently honed him. Therefore, he politely turned down the offer to stick it out with the people who gambled on him to become well-known.

Shooting during the pandemic is not easy. Every step relies on careful planning and making sure everyone is synchronized. The production team and cast members follow a strict schedule that includes quarantine time on top of actual shooting days. Hence, time is highly regarded.
Sometimes, anything that can go wrong will go wrong, as per Murphy’s Law. A twist resulted in Talkative Actor (TA) finding his schedule disrupted. TA had to air his sentiments to production people, who said that his presence was dispensable and any actor can fill his shoes.
TA then talked to His Bestfriend (HB). HB was in the midst of a project and was reminded that no calls should be taken prior to facing the camera. Distractions, such as emotional phone calls, could affect the performance of the talent. Even if TA was so into the conversation, HB had to cut it short. TA had to make do with the little time HB could give.
Nonetheless, to appease TA, the management assured a forthcoming project will definitely include him.

A competitive spirit can be quite overwhelming when a reputation is at stake. However, social media is an entirely different field when competition is talked about. The challenge of joining social media is having many followers that can translate into monetary compensation. Unlike traditional forms of media, engagement data can be accessed in real time online.
Social media followers want something new and creative, which motivates creators to plan well. The subject must appeal to the viewers better if the work could encourage new followers, too. While some might find the environment toxic, Creative Talent (CT) loves the competitive spirit.
CT has been working hard to bring to the audience entertainment, to make them remain loyal and interested. Regardless of the environment’s effect on health, CT fully focused on achieving the goal and ensure top status. Sadly, health was sacrificed. Allegedly, CT was advised to take things easy, but resting seemed difficult to CT, as work was priority.
After a very brief break, CT was up and about, like nothing happened. Only CT’s gregarious side reflected.

The Intangible

Managing artists is often seen as a business and to protect the interest of management, certain clauses are indicated in the contract. For example, to ensure the image, a talent might be given restrictions on where to be seen in public, how to behave offcam, and who to be with when going out. Violating the provisions might mean sanctions or cancellation of the contract itself. However, other managers require compensation in case a talent no longer can or wants to fulfill his/her obligations.
When a Network Talent (NT) expressed an intention to opt out of a project, the initial reaction was to slap NT with the payback provision. Top Executive (TE) allegedly calculated the amount NT needed to pay back to free NT from completing the contract.
NT saw the huge amount but expressed the desire to pay. NT then asked the Other Executive (OE) if a discount is possible and reminded OE that the situation already happened to Another Talent (AT), who did not pay anything for causing a project to undergo significant changes. AT remained with the network after that consideration. Then, NT said that the choice to leave was an option as the management contract was ending soon.
When OE heard the plan of NT, she immediately talked to TE. OE presented the detrimental effect if TE pushes through with the plan of squeezing the amount from NT. Thinking long-term and their depleted roster of talents, TE backed down. After all, NT is a prized talent and if freed from contract, other management teams will definitely bid for NT’s services. Not everything can be measured by what is tangible.
