The projects and press releases consistently build the positive image of the friendship between Vibrant Talent (VT) and Unfazed Personality (UP). Over the years, VT and UP have worked on numerous projects that were well-received by their fans, and thus, their partnership is seen as the next tandem that will bring in ratings and followers. Contrary to the image, rumors indicate the opposite behind the scenes.

VT and Her Adviser (HA) have been feeling the pressure UP has brought into the picture. HA feels that UP is slowly encroaching on the popularity of VT, as projected in social media. UP’s groups are promoting their icon profusely, which has raised the alarm among VT’s strategists. Hence, HA has to ensure VT remains ahead of UP in terms of career advantage and social media presence.

VT and HA observed that many comments have focused on UP even if they are together in a project or a post. Apparently, this observation has been sent to the various leaders and admins of fan groups of VT. HA has advised the teams to be mindful of their comments about UP, as these further increase the awareness of UP. Comments and reactions should be about building the image of VT and if that means leaving out UP from the mentions, then so be it. Further reminders included that VT should appear to be the more popular choice when put side by side with UP.

The issue of parents worrying over the relationships of their grown children is not new in showbiz. Several showbiz mothers have raised their concern over the partner of their celebrity kids publicly, which often embarrasses the young generation. However, Loyal Mom (LM) has kept her dislike of the New Love (NL) of her Stubborn Child (SC) privately.

LM had expressed her overwhelming preference for SC’s Former Lover (FL). SC and FL were together for quite a while, which was enough for LM to observe the qualities that impressed her. SC found FL respectful and they even spent time bonding with each other. However, SC grew tired of FL and when he met NL, sparks flew.

When LM sensed something was wrong, she asked SC, who refused to tell the story. LM then read about the narratives surrounding SC and NL. After getting the picture, LM asked FL, who subsequently poured her heart out. LM did not like what she heard. She later lectured SC and added she did not like the idea of being with NL. The argument made SC go on break. LM was infuriated when she found out SC was with NL.

As showbiz is a small world, LM reached out to Female Friend (FF), who has a distant connection to NL. FF said she did not want to become involved as she wants only positive things surrounding her. Nonetheless, she could not stop herself from warning LM about NL. FF confirmed the alleged stories linked to NL in the past. So much for love.

Evading Temptation

When Baffled Performer (BP) found out Pretty Guest (PG) was performing, she wanted to say “Hi!” to her friend. However, she did not expect to feel a sensation at seeing her fellow female. BP was shocked when she felt something when she chanced upon PG changing in the dressing room. BP immediately calmed herself, as her surprised feelings confused her sexuality.

Secretly, when BP sees attractive women during shows, she would visit dressing rooms to satisfy her visual cravings. The incident with PG was a wakeup call that made BP decide to avoid similar incidents and temptations. BP wanted to suppress further her attraction to the same sex and the best way she could think of was to stay away from situations, which included work. Sexuality might not be a major issue for many. For BP, coming out could mean disaster. BP is in a solemn relationship and pursuing her feelings is unfair to her male partner who loves her dearly.

The decision of BP to skip performances became a problem for her team, as they had no idea what was troubling the talent. Thus, they asked Her Friend (HF) to ask if BP was okay. HF listened as BP poured her heart out and narrated the incident with PG and her backstage behavior. BP shared to HF that she thought having a heterosexual relationship would stop her female attraction and make her 'straight'. HF told BP that the more she hides her nature, the more difficult her situation will be. BP should go with the flow and let it be. In addition, HF told BP to seek counselling to flesh out her sexuality issues.

Sadness sinks in when someone makes dreadful realizations. When Awakened Actor (AA) came to a near-death experience, all he could think of was making amends for his shortcomings. Sadly, some people he expected to be with him during that time were nowhere to be found. AA did not take such absence to heart, as he came to his senses.

AA managed to fulfill his mission and gave several interviews to share his experience. In fact, AA made Interviewer 1 (I1) earn positive merits for their question and answer exchange. AA then talked in another interview and responded to questions I1 did not bother to ask. His answers did not sit well with I1, who was disgusted at the way AA seemed to meddle in personal affairs. Allegedly, I1 made sure AA felt the impact of her wrath by instructing people who mattered to AA to forget about an occasion.

Hence, AA could only muse that he is only needed when someone needs to earn goody points or clean up a mess, but the rest of the time, he is non-essential. The realization made him depressed on that occasion, as coming to terms with his relationships seems to be far-off.

Hoping for True Love

Working with Cute Celebrity (CC) is always an opportunity that Hopeless Romantic (HR) cherishes. After all, CC is professional and fun to work with. Hence, HR is confident that their work, especially with the lock-in system being implemented, will run smoothly. Besides, the project with CC includes a strong supporting cast and HR now has the privilege to work with such a team. The excitement to start the new project makes HR giddy.

In addition to engaging CC in various scenes of the project, HR hopes that the management will make good on the promise to give them a follow-up project if their recent one clicks with the viewers.

However, what has been kept a secret is that HR has a crush on CC for the longest time. The opening seems to be there, as CC is single. CC has often said that he prioritizes his career and family but opening his heart to someone is not a dead end. Also, CC has expressed the typical showbiz answer of mentioning a deadline for having a partner soon. HR cannot be blamed for hoping she’ll be the one as they’ll be together in the lock-in taping. HR feels they will be a great love team, which she pines not just onscreen, but in reality, as well.
