It ranks 119 countries based on the Consumer Price Index - which takes into account the cost of groceries, restaurant meals, transportation and utilities.
On a tour of Latin America? Try Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru - and be sure to avoid Venezuela. Heading to south-east Asia? Indonesia and the Philippines will provide the best value, followed by Vietnam and Thailand.
Budget visitors to Europe should stick to the countries in the east - such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania - while those going to Africa will get much more for their money in Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco than they will in Burundi, Gabon or the Congo.
And above all, don't go to Switzerland unless you've got very deep pockets - it's the most expensive country in the world, according to the study.

Burning to Go?

Too much of anything is poison – so they say. Too much food intake is a health risk, too much materialism can cause stress and even trouble in one’s marriage, too much fame can be fatal. And strange but true, even drinking too much water can kill. Think water intoxication.
Our subject for today is guilty of three (3) poisons – too much love, jealousy and paranoia.
A few found it cool then when Male Celebrity MC made public his controversial relationship with Hot Star HS. After a number of romances, the public has seen MC evolved from what seemed like a playful boyfriend to one who is unreasonably jealous and clingy towards HS. It was okay and ‘kilig’ in the beginning for HS to be so loved and protected by MC, but in the long run, the appreciation started wearing thin.
Most times, HS feels tired at MC’s dictating and steering her movements and actions – from what outfit she would wear, to what event she can go to, etc. When they’re not together, MC would allegedly bombard her with calls/text messages often asking where she is. Some of HS’ friends are pissed, would quip that there’s a big difference between calling to ask when you'll be home and checking up on you.
MC’s notorious jealousy is one issue in their relationship that HS allegedly finds alarming – he is just so paranoid of every guy that moves. Much recently, the couple went on a holiday rendezvous. Being tourists themselves, they got to meet other travelers as well. Reportedly, MC was so jealous of guys and suspected anyone who he found were too chummy with HS that he didn’t even allow (or trust?) HS to go to the comfort room alone. Yes, MC went with her even to the toilet!
Is it tough love? But actions like this allegedly pisses off HS big time that she would often long to wean herself away from his restricting presence. Uh oh! Will it happen soon? Better watch out, MC, that’s the caveat!

What a Jerk!

Behind his smile and amiable personality on cam, hot actor (HA) has so many stories about his misdemeanors going around. However, HA’s camp has remained silent over such matters.
Unfortunately, a pretty non-showbiz woman (PN) had an experience she’ll never forget with HA and his gang in the newest club (NC) in the city. PN attended a party with her friends at NC. After a few minutes, PN left her group and went around. Out of concern, one of her friends (OF) looked for PN as a good number of minutes had passed. OF spotted PN seated with HA and his gang.
Later, PN went to her friends and told them she was going to the VIP room with HA and his gang. OF noticed that PN, who was not used to drinking, was tipsy. Nonetheless, PN left. As PN had not returned for a long time, OF went up to the VIP room and asked about PN. One of the friends of HA told OF that PN and HA were doing something in the bathroom. True enough, OF found out that PN was indeed with HA in the bathroom.
When it was time to leave, PN met up with her friends and apologized for her disappearance. What PN did not know, which OF found out later, was that her encounter with HA was captured on his phone. Allegedly, the said video showed PN giving the job to HA. The video was then passed on to HA’s gang.
The incident between HA and PN only proved that the stories of HA’s wild side were true. As for the said video, OF could only hope and pray that HA had erased it and his gang will not spread it around, or worse, upload it to an adult site.
