I like Chelsea but di ko bet yung bangs nya. She was expensive-looking sa kanyang signature high ponytail without bangs but this look made her look a so-so BQ. It was even worst when she removed her crown. Love kita chelsea but just like someone said on this thread, que horror ang look mo that night.
Si Manny Halasan ang fashion designer niya. He did her MUPH 2024 finals gown and her natcos gowns for MU, and this farewell gown. So yes, meron siyang support.
