I live in bangkok at recently lang nagsara na ang operation ng food panda dito due to a lot of issues na kinalugi nila. Sana ingatan ng mga rider ang kabuhayan nila at itaas din ng company ang security measures nila para di malusutan ng masasamang tao.
Lugi na din namn ang foodpanda dito sa pinas.. kaya sobrang dami maglabas ng voucher at cashback pampaikot ng pondo nila.. and i am not complaining, hahaha!! Grabe ang vouchers nila, mas mura pa mag order sa kanila kesa pag bibilhin mo sa store..
Hirap kasi pag may kumikitang business, dami gaya-gaya nakikikompetensya kaya nalulugi iba business. Hindi na lang mag-isip ng original nila business na kakaiba
I beg to differ. Multiple times my issues got resolved namn which usually refund or cashback. Ang madalas reklamo ko lang is yung part ng chicken hindi nasusunod, nirerefund naman nila ko agad.. basta may photos as proof nung nadeliver and may screenshot ng cooking instructions na nilagay ko nung nag order ako…

Never pa ako nagkaissue na hindi naresolve immediately so hindi ko masabi na walang pakelam. Hindi din naman kasi maiiwasan yun gaya ng mga issues na naexperience ko so basta nireresolve ok lang. Lazada ang sumuko na ako sa indian csrs. Kahit magkano pa yan item tapos may issues, iclose lang nila ticket as resolved.

He said may riders nanunulot ng transaction. 2nd time the rider said I needed to pay thru him an additional fee the store required. I directly contacted the store and they said walang ganung instructions.
Imbis na iniisip ni driver ang long term job kahit sideline lang ito mawawalan siya ng sideline. Sana talaga ang school system natin nagtuturo ng respect and pride for the country para mag bago ang Pilipinas. Gayahin natin ang Japan

I paid through Gcash for my Jollibee order tapos yung driver tumawag sa phone ko eh nung hindi ako macontact umalis na lang basta, hindi man lang nag door bell or kumatok sa gate which is yun naman talaga ang dapat gawin pag nag dedeliver tapos nung minessage ko nakiusap ako kung pwede ideliver nya kasi kasama sa handa yung spaghetti eh deadma ang salbaheng driver kaya ayun nireport ko sa Grab nag email ako and showed proof na minessage ko ang driver pero hindi nag reply. Nirefund na lang ji Grab ang payment ko after 2 days. Syempre inistakl ko ang facebook account ni deluvery guy ayun mahikug pala sa Jollibee ang pamilya nya kaya siguro nung di nya ako macontact sa phone inuwi na sa misis nyang mahilig sa jollibee kaya hindi na nag effort na kumatok o mag door bell man lang.

I got my order & already paid COD but the rider called me again & told me my same order entered his app so I need to cancel it this time on his message chat, told me not to answer if anyone called me from food panda so I did para hindi sya macompensate for that order but after that feel ko binulsa nya lang yung bayad.
4:43 you are correct. Once an order gets cancelled. Hindi na bayad ung resto. As if the transaction never happened. So binulsa nung rider mo ung bayad, at hindi na niya need iremit sa foodpanda..
Parang may mali sa pagscreen ng food panda ng riders nila. A few years ago lugi or palugi na sila because of these scams. Nabuhay ulit kaso nabuhay din ang mga rider scammers.
I ordered online, directly from the resto website tapos the resto used food panda to deliver. I paid by credit card. Pagdating ng rider, ayaw nya ibigay ang order ko kasi COD daw ang payment. I called the resto. It took about 2 hours para maresolve and I got the food. May proof ako ng CC payment pero sa system nila COD. Never ordered via food panda and always clarified sa resto which delivery service they used. Pag food panda, cancel.

I later found out that they have my order delivered via a FoodPanda rider who insisted that he had delivered our meal and had taken a screenshot of my order as proof of delivery. Take note, the screenshot was not taken from our gate. Good thing though that we have a CCTV installed in our entrance so we were able to prove that the FoodPanda rider did not arrive at our gate. Jollibee refunded our order and filed a complaint to FoodPanda.
Grabe lang. Bat may mga ganitong issue sa Phils? Delivery lang eh palpak pa. I have been using Ubereats (overseas) almost on a daily basis but I don't encounter kacheapan issues like this. What do they gain from doing this? Libreng manok? Hay naku, Baka mamaya binababoy pa nila food deliveries eh. Poor in hygiene pa naman mga ganyan. & mga walang paki din
