I don’t think this would qualify as a domestic violence nor a threat… First, the photo was taken on their conjugal residence which maggie left months before and moved to another unit. Second, there was no threat or intimidation in the photo that was shown since she HAD already left the Philippines when the photo was taken. Third, the photo was taken from the house in which I presume was occupied by VC at that time… if there’s anything that was breached in this photo, it’s VC’s right to privacy.
It's not like she's forcing people to. Encouraging lang. It's progressive tbh. In a way this sets precedent sa mga future cases who has similar story as hers. Also one man complaining alone will just fall on deaf ears. With all the corruption and red tape?
