Pwede perjury o false testimony.

    2. Maybe by that time pagod na pagod na sya at gusto nalang nya ng tahimik na buhay.

    5. Why do you blindly accept his innocence? Because you're a fan?? Their public persona indicates nothing.

    6. 10:01 as a lawyer I know you don't understand anything about the legal process cause you're not one. Halata naman sa comment mo. Pero naman. Use your common sense. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. There's such a thing as hearing and due process. It's not Vhong Navarro's obligation to prove he's innocent, it's the prosecution obligation to prove that he's guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Not a mere preponderance of evidence but guilt beyond reasonable doubt. A case filed against Vhong doesn't equate guilt beyond reasonable doubt. You should know the law and your rights. It might be of use in the future. Para Di ignoramus

    7. 10:01 and why do you blindly say that he's guilty when it's not yet proven??? I guess you haven't seen the unedited cctv shown by all networks back then plus Denise statement that she wasn't rape.

I am not a fan of Vhong i actually don't want him in Showtime.

    8. 2:15 bat parang hindi ka lawyer magsulat mars. Char

    10. 4:18 and 4:08 mema kayong dalawa. Keep your asinine comments to yourselves. The burden of proof falls on the plaintiff or the one that is filling a case. In this case , it’s Deniece’ camp . And I am not 2:15 by the way.

    11. 4:18 basa mabuti "prosecution obligation to prove that he is guiltt" di nya sinabing to prove his innocence

      Delete
    12. 2:15 So you're a lawyer? Judging from your grammar and sentence structure, I'm not impressed. You surmised that much from a short comment? Is it not possible that 10:01 has intimate knowledge of the case, hence the outrage?

  2. Maybe she's a real victim. Hindi siguro kakayanin ng konsensya mo kung after 7 years nagsisinungaling ka lang pala.

    1. excuse me? watch the video! Vhong is innocent!

      Delete
    2. She's really a real victim. One sided kasi yun kaso before dahil mas nag focus sa bugbugan naganap vs the rape case. Which is pinagbayaran naman din nila Deniece at Cedric sa kulungan yun pambubugbog nila. Now it's about time vhong pay for his actions naman about the rape case.

    3. Agree! Why waste 7 years of your life especially when everyone judged you if it wasn’t true!!! Something bad to her happened that night. Plus the fact others have come forward about vhong. Justice needs to be served!

      Delete
    4. Well.. she's the 4th female to accuse vhong or such acts. May something kay vhong.

      Delete
    5. 12:55 Wag ka bulag! Consider that Deniece is not the first, nor the second woman to accuse vhong. Apat sila! FOUR! Baka meron pa nagtatago dyan, nananahimik lang. Give her a chance to fight for her case. It's her right. We wait for the court proceedings. Sana televised, we'll make popcorn. eheheheh

    6. 11:18 totoo. Ang tao talaga pag may kasalanan your sin will haunt you, kahit pa in the present ngbago kana. Mgbabayad ka talaga ng mga kasalanan mo

      Delete
Cedrick is known for being mayaman i think di naman nila gagawin yun para lang mangikil. Tapos kita mo talagang may pinaglalaban sila.

Just look at what happened to the scammer David who also conned him at their business. He finally got his redemption. Ang karma eventually maniningil talaga.

    3. May point nga ano

      Delete

      Delete
  4. So ano ba talaga kina cedrick or vhong side ka ba? Nakakalito mars

    ReplyDelete
  6. But why did his lawyer quit? Fishy noh?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
Standard lang yan change of counsel.

    2. And ang statement ni topacio ha, in good conscience and ethics he can’t continue his services.

    3. She hired a new one which is sobrang galing.

    4. Normal lang na papalit palit ng lawyer

      Delete
    5. not just her previous lawyer quit, but the well known lawyer handling this case this year also resigned 12:32

      Delete
    6. His? Lawyer ni Vhong?

      Delete
    7. 12:32 hindi nagquit lawyer ni vhong. Lawyer ni deniece ang nagquit. Hanapin mo statement.

      Delete
    8. Baka ang cnasabi nya c topacio kaka widraw lang as her legal counsel

      Delete
    9. His lawyer? Or her lawyer? I’m confused

      Delete
    10. To be clear, Atty. Topacio recently withdrew from this case. He is the legal counsel of Deniece. If you have time, try to Google it to see his reason of why he decided to withdraw and disassociate himself from this rape case.

  7. Sana yun iba will come forward also. Para matuluyan ang akusado KUNG MAY SALA talaga, it will also strengthen the case in favor of D

  8. ghorl... Victim or not, saludo sa guts, grit, and strength mo. Most people just give up. May hugot si ate. Ipaglaban mo! Aja!

Anyway to all the r*PE victims, I hope and pray you find the courage and strength to seek justice! If not, I hope you find peace and comfort.

    1. Thank you. I have made peace with the fact that I will never be able to bring the rapist to justice. I have a daughter now and tuturuan ko talaga ng consent and self defense.

And according to Vhong's legal counsel may sinumpaang salaysay noon si Deniece na hindi sya na-rape .

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    2. 4:21 sa first statement ni deniece everything was ok on their first meeting, she was raped the second time they met (yun may cctv footage). I find it impossible that she got that wrong. And if there’s any reason why she lied in the first statement then that’s a crack on her credibility kahit ano pa mang dahilan kun bakit iba ang nauna nyang statement.

And based sa previous posts on this issue, also saddening is the culture in general na mas pinaniniwalaan pa rin yung lalaki or na abuse/assault na yung babae tas kasalanan pa rin nya and even fellow female yung nag sside with the perpretrator.

Puro yung feelings or emotions mo lang? Believe all women lang ba dapat? Di ba it should be believe in the truth, innocent till proven guilty? Sabihin mo yan kung convicted na si V. But for now, stop your bias, di yan makakatulong sa totoong biktima. Be objective. Wag mo pangunahan ang korte.

      Delete
    2. If she happens to be lying since 2014, diba mas malaking kasiraan sa ating mga babae yun? There's a reason bakit to nadismiss before, lack of evidence, and cctv footages plus her initial statements and ung hanash nya sa interviews dati make people doubt her. Bakit may culture kang nalalaman?

  16. I just watched Luckiest Girl Alive in Netflix. an eye opener about rape culture and isomehow the girl’s story is parallel to Denice - no one believed her because of the events that took place before the actual rape and after the rape happened. She was accused of so many things and being an accomplice and all. Napakahirap ng pinagdaanan nyang trauma. Wow! You should all watch it.

  17. Deeply rooted misogyny - when the victims are vilified and the abusers, glorified. Celebs have become the gods of this age it seems..at least to those lacking in discernment. At least four women have stepped up and seven years later, the prosecution has finally heeded their plea. Deniece and Cedric already went to jail for the vendetta against Vong and they remain steadfast.
