Mel comes from buena familia din. Very prominent family in Samar! The mother and brother lives in Maria Luisa Park the richest neighborhood in whole of Cebu. Kaya behave din si Tetay, coz the future inlaws are watching!

Depende. Both are correct. In other countries, middle name is our "second" name and not our mom's surname.
