    3. Geeez… we are truly fake news republic…. This is how us Filipinos are getting known for. Apologized for something na in his view, is not wrong. Apologizing is admitting to the mistake. In this case, he has non. Kakahiya hiw little our filo brain can reach.

Just because he was recognized by the DOT, it doesn't mean that he is absolved from any kind of accountability that incur from the "contract" he made with Whang-Od.

The main issue here is that Nas and his company failed to secure a free and prior consent not only from Whang-od, but more importantly from the entire Butbut tribe. Apo Whang-Od maybe one of the last artist that practices their community's dying art form. HOWEVER, such art form is not solely exclusive to Whang-Od. It's an art form of the entire Butbut Tribe.

Also, what makes the contract signing sketchy is the absence of an attorney and a very skilled interpreter. Remember, meeting of the mind is required for both parties in order to make a valid contract.

On Nas and Apo Whang-ods dispute, this is not only a matter of what "he said/she said." There are laws that safeguards the IP culture and traditions, especially from commodification and profiteering. However, I do not have any say on Nas and Louise's controversy. It seems an internal problem between the two.

tl;dr: Yes, Nas is in the wrong. He should apologize. I'm sorry that your "filo" brain can't even comprehend it.

  7. Bakit naging cacao ang issue? It's all about Whang-Od online tattoo course. Pinagkikitaan lang tayo nitong Nas.

      Delete
    2. 1:11 how would you know that there is no proof?

  16. the first videos about travel were good. But when you use people to make money or for your own benefit, this is where the problem is. Bring your business somewhere else.

  17. Bakit binabalikan pa itong issue kay Louise eh 2 years ago pa yan. He said she said lang yan kaya walang kwentang issue.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. As far as I know, si Louise ata ang nagbalik ng issue.

May demanda pang nalalaman.

      Delete

    4. Si louise kasi ang nakisawsaw baks. Kklk.

  18. Nakatira ba tonf si Nas sa pinas? Kung oo dapat habulin yan ng BIR

    ReplyDelete

    1. No, he doesn't live here. Yung mga vloggers na hungry syrian, juicy reacts, making it happen, korean brats, at madami pang iba are the ones who are living comfortably here. BIR should really tax them heavily or better yet just ship those shameless pinoybaiters back to their own countries!

      Delete
    2. asan ba ang BIR? kasi si Nas sabi nga niya nakapagtayo siya ng business sa Pilipinas even if he is based abroad. Bale apps ang business niya. Bakit hindi singilin ng taxes?!?

    3. If he doesn’t live in the Philippines, how is it possible for him to build a business/academies?

  28. I wonder if ever the whang Od academy push thru w/out the controversy, how would Nas Daily remit WO’s earnings when the village is so remote and poor Atm or a bank is non existent?! That’s the million dollar question i want to know!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Parang na divert na ang issue into attacking The Cacao Project. I watched some of his vlogs before and sabi ko sa sarili ko, bakit ang daming Philippines na feature nya. And then I realized marami kasing uto uto dito

    ReplyDelete
  30. Nililihis yong issue. Why Nas and team focusing about the cacao issue, eh don sya na call out as culture exploitation diba coz of Whang Od and tribe issue.

    ReplyDelete
  31. So.... Nas? We're supposed to thank you for featuring the Philippines? But but you're the making millions out of it. Life must be so hard for you than those underpriviledged in Tondo na walang makain. Lol.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I hate this guy! He speaks as if he’s doing the Philippines a favor! Ugh the nerve. The country will survive without you NAS good riddance.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Kasi si louise ang nagbring up. Kun d yan nag eexist problematic talaga yan. Baka gnagamit pa yan ng politicians as the projects they are funnelling funds to. Sabi nya social enterprise so madami ding tumutulong at nagfufund eh for profit pala. Hndi ko knakampihan si nas kasi he’s equally problematic. Ang snasabi ko lang na this world is not black and white. Her cause is internationnaly recognized very nice and noble in paper. Pero ano yun in person. Ngayon nangengelam na ang politicians. Syempre they will step in kasi nagchannel sila ng funds dun. Magkakabukingan hehe.

    2. 1:02 Nagsimula yung Cacao project nung 2017. Pagkatapos yan nung bagyong Nock-Ten nung December 2016.

So this year pa lang magsisimula magbunga yan.

Anu ineexoect nilang reaction? Eh for like and shares naman talaga ang purpose ng NAS daily.

Anyways he is not based here.

    ReplyDelete
  36. This is not just about the cacao project issue, kundi tungkol din sa mga sinabi nya na lumabas tuloy kung ano totoong saloobin nya sa mga pinoy

    ReplyDelete
  37. Ignore nyo nalang yang nas daily. Wag na bigyan ng views. Irrelevant na yang bout nya with the landlady

  38. The video is gaslightint at its finest. Especially the ending statement. He should’ve just humbled and apologised rather than retaliate. His video reeks arrogance.
