  2. I have PCOS my periods are irregular. Sometimes they go like 2-3 months and I’ve noticed I have horrible physical symptoms during those cycles. My back is too hairy 😭

    1. I have PCOS too, medyo nahirapan makabuo kasi hirap matyempuhan yung ovulation date, tapos yung hormones ko are on overdrive. But in 2017, I gave birth to my eldest, then nasundan sya 2 years after. Magpa-alaga ka sa OB na fertility issues and specialty. Plenty of rest, less stress, healthy food, and exercise - yan effective talaga if you want to conceive

    2. I have pcos and after 5 years of trying, God blessed us a daughter. Folic acid really helps. Also, sabi pagnabuntis ka after ok na daw, not true. Still went 3 to 4 months irregular. Pills didn't work for me.. so best to talk to your ob for what may work for your body.

    3. Don't lose hope, and keep praying. I was diagnosed with PCOS too. I prayed so hard and followed my doctor's notes. Here I am now, about to bring a baby out for the first time. Let's pray together. 🙏🏼

    7. I have Pcos, and after 5 yrs of letting things get on naturally, nakabuo naman kami ni hubby. Im currently 7mos preggy going 8. No OB help, i just got better rest when im wfm, reduced significant weight and of course God’s surprise intervention. Kasi I gave up on the thought of having a baby since im already 38. Pero talagang God moves in mysterious ways. Dont let your Pcos defeat you.

    8. Kapatid wag mawalan ng pag asa. I had pcos too pero who would have thought we were blessed with baby boy.

Have your regular check up with ob gyne, be conscious of your diet, and have an active lifestyle. Maraming may pcos na na nagkaka baby. Tiwala lang kay Lord and seek help with your trusted ob

    9. i was diagnosed with pcos too before i got married. sabi ng ob saken (she was a consultant sa isang big hospital) na mahihirapan daw ako magka-anak. she prescribed pills & metformin and advised me to do some exercise and try to loose weight. di ako nagtake ng gamot kasi takot din ako uminom ng mga ganon. nagdiet na lang ako saka physical activities. i have now a preschooler & a toodler ☺️

  7. She had pcos prior kay Tali. Si Pauleen pa may problema kaya di agad sila nagka-baby ni bossing 🤪 Nagpa-“alaga” pa sya sa obgyn just to get pregnant.

Hold on sa mga may problema sa pagbubuntis. Magkaka-baby din kayo. Have faith! Look at Assunta!

  8. Diagnosed with PCOS since 2017 pero nagpaalaga po ako sa OB and it really helps kahit hindi pa kami totally trying to conceive ni jowa. Folic acid + metformin really works! Sobra ang iyak ko when I found out na normal na, hindi lang one ovary (bilateral pcos here) both ovaries ay normal na! Kaya wag mawalan ng pagasa!

  9. I have pcos and yung ob ko from makati med yung ob ni isabel daza said that i cannot get pregnant unless mag diet ako as in she wouldnt give me any ovulating meds unless i lose weight. I felt as if i am being body shamed everytime i come see her instead of maming me feel better. I changed my ob ayun i got pregnant! Ang tagal kong nagtiis sa ob na yung but nalang God willingly i changed my ob & the Lord has blessed me with a Baby! It doesnt matter if your fat or thin as long as healthy ka & alagaan ka ng ob mo & with the Lord anything is possible!

    1. Dzai, too much of anything be it fat or thin is not healthy. And true mahirap mabuntis if extremes in weight. Im glad you got help and got pregnant but lets not fool ourselves into believing "fat na healthy" or "thin na healthy". It's a journey and we can seek always be a better version of ourselves.

    2. I agree 11:43. Iba pa din pag physically fit ka. And hindi ibigsabihin na sinabihan ka ng mataba ka e dapat damdamin mo na mali na agad sila. Try to be fit. Meron talaga di pumapayat pero iba pa din yung nag eexercise and kumakain ng healthy na chubby. :)
