You really have to love what you're doing to last that long, also you have to have not only talent, but great work ethics, be professional. And she even takes great care of her voice, I don't think i've heard news na she had to rest or had nodules or scarring from abusing her vocal chords.
Grabe din yung respect tlga sa kanya ng mga peers niya not because of the achievements she received per se but yung how she works with them. Even from those on the bottom of the food chain up to the likes of Mr.C, they’re saying Lea’s making the work easier for them. Ang daming testimonials na nakakabilib sa work ethics niya.
