    1. Luh, knowing Marvin A., i don’t think sa company pa niya manggagaling yung ganyang *discrimination! #JustSaying 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️

    2. Kaya nga eh. Ang dali lang i-google address nung company to verify or Mela could message the company first to confirm.

Social media kaagad kagi eh. Haha.

    3. baka nagpapapansin lang din si Atih.

  2. Sa sobrang gigil without getting more information sa post if totoo or Hinde mega react agad. Sasabog agad.

    1. Di na napansin na mali mali yung grammar gosh.

    2. Tama. Policy nila yun eh. Like may mga companies na male lang or female ang kinukuha. Preference ng PRIVATE company yun eh.

    3. And I think there should be a law protecting employees/applicants from discrimination on the basis of their sexual preference.

It’s sad because some of the best people are part of the LGBT community.

Sarap i-proofread e! xD

  4. Pleased be informed talaga?

  5. Parang magka grammar sila nung sender. I hope you did not make that up for attention.

    1. You absolutely have no idea who she is and how she speaks.

  7. I think KARAPATAN ng mga companies to hire someone that they really want i dont see any discrimination there

    1. That’s discrimination. 2021 na supportive ka pa din sa mga nagdidiscriminate against people just because they are different from you?

      Delete
    2. Discrimination yun kasi may ine-exclude, companies should welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Kahit qualified and skilled yung tao, hindi na makakapag-apply dahil lang may tattoo or bakla or lampas trenta na?

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Policy ng company yan unless may ruling. Hindi charity mga private companies.

      Delete
    5. For me naman, may karapatan ang PRIVATE companies na mag discriminate because they are not charities. Dati nga may gusto kong applyan na company kaso nakalagay sa jobstreet post nila na they only accept those who graduated from ust, lasalle and ateneo. Oh eh di nag apply na lang ako sa iba haha! Ang dami naman company dito no.

      Delete
    6. Hindi ba karapatan ng private company to choose who they want? Walang pilitan ng policy

      Delete

Pero yung sa gender preference, may discrimination nga the way the message was constructed. Pero question, may discrimination nga ba talaga if a company wants straight people lang? Kahit the job requires na straight people lang? (E.g. the brand is catering for straight people lang)

      Delete
    8. 1:16 rules nila un. It's their preference

      Delete
    9. Just because it doesn't fit sa standard nyo, discrimination na. They can create their own rules/standard. Akala ko ba wag muna mag judge? We don't know why they came up with that standard kaya we cannot judge. Stop asking for respect kung di nyo marespeto ang views and belief ng iba. Not being pro sa LGBTQ---- doesn't make us a bigot, nirerespeto namin ang bawat tao pero di lang ako pro.

      Delete
  8. Ha? Diba si Marvin din may ari niyan?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Baka scam yun. Kala nyo you're applying for a job sa Dimsum Factory yun pala hindi.

  10. And now you wonder why some companies prefer not to hire minority groups like you. Alam mong sensitive issue, rekta agad sa socmed without validating the authenticity.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Napansin mo na ba yung enabler mindset sa sinabi mong "companies prefer not to hire minority groups like you"?

    1. Nakakaloka yung college graduate!! Siguraduhin nilang malaki swelduhan ah

  12. I believe prerogative ng company yung SARILI nilang policy. If ayaw nyo ng policy nila, wag ka mag apply, simple! And there are jobs naman talaga that require clean looking personnel. Sa school nga bawal mahaba ang hair and other policies, diba nag aabide tayo? Same as private companies, they have their own policies. Magtayo ka rin ng company mo and make your own policies para makaganti ka, bawal ang straight na babae at lalake, and bawal ang walang tattoo.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Correct.

      Delete
    2. Agree. If you don't agree with the company's policy, look for others that suit your beliefs. Simple.

      Delete
    3. AGREE. AMEN TO THIS. HINDI NAMAN LAHAT AAYON LANG SA GUSTO NIYA. BAKA NEVER PA NYANG NA-ENCOUNTER YUNG WORDS NA "POLICIES" AND "QUALIFICATIONS"

      Delete
    4. Spot on! Ikaw ang mas may kelangan sakanila. Wag kang magdemand!!

      Delete
  13. Mukhang mga scam na manpower agency yan. Dami ganon...caloocan din halos lagi address

  14. Good sigh of relief! Enough of this narrow minded backward thinking homophobic behavior!

    1. And enough of people like you na naniniwala agad eh title lang ang binasa. Bili ka critical thinking

  15. When I told my American boss here sa USA that in PH, companies are allowed to specify which applicants can apply by age, gender, height, pregnant, etc. He was baffled. Dito sa States they are very strict with discrimination in the workplace. Anyone can apply for a job, syempre nasa company na yung decision sa hiring. But if a company gets caught in discrimination, ayyy lagot na. Lawsuit agad kalaban mo.

      Delete
    2. Napaka-backward thinking pa din kasi sa Pinas. No wonder kaya ngayon naghihirap pa din.

      Delete
    3. Sa qantas airlines mukhang no age discrimination sila.

      Delete
    4. That’s where you’re wrong. May mga exceptions. A company can set their requirements kung naaayon sa image or brand nila. Example, Hooters only hires those na sexy, hindi buntis, bata, etc. kasi yun yung brand nila.

      Delete
Been to other countries outside PH and meron silang mga oldies na workers even in fastfood chain.

      Delete
    6. Ageist kasi sa pinas. Pagbata pa walang angal at pag matanda na marami demand di mamamando.

  16. pero ang aggressive ng statement nya tapos di naman pa sha nakakapag fact check..shempre hindi naman lahat e mababasa ung succeeding posts mo, leaving the impression na connected si Marvin sa LGBT phobic company, not to mention ung effect dun sa company mismo.

    1. True. Actually pwedeng kasuhan yung Mela.

  17. Natawa ko sa "we were asking if it was true" e sa una nyang tweets sure na sure sya sa sinasabi nya at dami nya ng nakuda hahaha ito ung mga dahilan bakit napupunta din sa bad light and LGBT community instead na i.confirm muna ang facts, magkakalat ng fake news tapos di kayang i.admit ang pagkakamali

    ReplyDelete
  18. Fact check first! I hope dimsum company give her a lesson. While I respect her advocay she must face check before posting. You can fight for your right but be sure that you don't rujn any other person/company along the way. Very irresponsible. Not even an apology from her. Napaka entitled

    ReplyDelete

  19. Why do I feel that the company & Marvin were just dragged down just to get her point across? That's so unfair. Marvin pa of all people ha.

  20. Diyos ko, wala man lang 'allegedly' or 'apparently' sa unang tweet, sabay bawi sa dulo.

  21. Sobrang yabang naman nito. Kung makakastigo parang guilty agad.

  22. Another Publicity benefiting both parties. ewan ko senyo!

these days, ang pag puna gamit na gamit na pang-publicity to promote or make noise to caught attention.
