  5. nakakatawa naman pala ang socmed manager nito. Lahat ng customers na nagcomplain about the resort ay inaaway online. hahahahha.Mag back read kayo sa Tripadvisor, grabe binabara lahat ng nagcocomplain. The owner should have himself checked.

  6. But I agree with the resort policy! Papano nga naman yung ibang customers? Kahit ako magrereklamo pag ganyang may maingay.

    1. Read the response, Baks. Way out of line yung response ng shareholder. The way the management handled the review.

    3. Isa ka pa. You should also be schooled on how to co-exist with people with special needs. Hindi lang ikaw ang tao sa mundo. Kung ayaw mo maistorbo, buy your own island.

    6. it's not about the policy 8:39. it's about kindness. the way the manager responded is so rude, uneducated, ignorant and so UNKIND>

  8. I live in the City where the resort is located, at ultimo DIUMANO mga residents near the area bawal mag ingay, pinapapuntahan agad ng police patrol.

    1. No need for diumano. Naka anonymous ka naman eh.

    2. 10:40 thats harsh. Kung nagreklamo sila against you, you should complain them too kung alam nyo n inyo ang lupa n tinitirikan nyo.

    3. 242pm Sinabi ni 1040am 'DIUMANO' maybe because hindi naman first hand info yung sinabi nya. May nagsabi sa kanya or narinig, ganon. Not because 1040am is scared to be quoted.

    4. Even residents near the area? They shouldn’t have control over that na dapat unless lupa nila yun

  9. Madami namang pwedeng alternative na resort. More people na "pinatulan" ng Plantation Bay should speak up til people managing this resort will FINALLY learn the hard way.

Yan equality pa more kayo

    1. 1052 do u even read what u just wrote? are u even aware of what the issue is all about? feeling mo ba umeere lng ung nanay dahil hindi napagbigyan ung anak nyang maingay? the mother is not even asking for equality. she merely pointed out what the resort lacked in proper customer handling. I wish u never have to deal with what these parents are going thru.

      Delete
    2. 10:52 so pano pala silang nakapasok at nakapag check in kung bawal pala ang ingay. Kumbento ba yun, resort di ba. May iba pa ngang resort na may videoke.

      Delete
  12. Oh well, the parents should also be responsible. Not all businesses can accommodate your needs.

    1. 331 teh special child nga!ang ignoramous mo. may rules about special child and handicappe, may magna carta dyan. mga wala kayong alam katulad nong managaer!

      Delete
    2. are you living in a cave?!? 3:31 karapatan ng mga tao kahit may kapansanan sila na pumunta sa mga pampublikong lugar. Nakapag check in nga sila sa resort di ba. So bakit ganun ang trato sa guest?!?

    3. People like you talaga.

  13. Some resorts have separate kids area to accommodate kids noise and activities. Why didn’t the mother go there instead.
