Sana sumunod muna sila and present your facts properly.

It is not your call. Na hoy korte wag nyo pag usapan yan. Hello, walang ganun.

May karapatan ang ABS mag file for renewal.

  2. Alam mo Enchong Dee, we know the shenanigans. Waste of money ka dyan.

  4. 12:15 Only the supreme court can interpret the 1937 constitution regarding citizenship. And naiintindihan ko lang, nung time ng acquisition of ABS ni Gabby Lopez under the constitution eh walang batas regarding dual citizenship but clearly, he was an american citizen. If there's no dual citizenship at the time, he can't be an american and a filipino at the same time.

    1. I think the citizenship issue of Gabby Lopez is following the 1937 constitution wherein he doesnt need to perfect his citizenship. As long as you are born of a Filipino mother then you are Filipino. So yun na siya during the time he acquired ABS. Walang kinalaman ang year ng pagbili niya ng abs sa citizenship issue, ang pagbabasehan nito ay ang kanyang date of birth. Kelan siya pinanganak, thus following the 1935 constitution regarding citizenship.

      Delete
    2. 1232 korak! thank you for pointing this out

    3. Me 1937 ba?

      Delete
    4. 1:22 You're right, it's 1935. I stand corrected - 12:32

    5. Im sorry ha 1935 Constitution. Matatalo pag ito ang ilalaban nila against Mr Lopez kasi alam yan ng magagaling na mga lawyers on citizenship. No need to perfect his Filipino citizenship.

      Delete
    6. let me just quote Google on the 1935 constitution about citizenship, the status of natural-born citizenship could be acquired only by descent from a known Filipino father or mother. The citizen's bloodline tie of allegiance to his/her country is the determinative factor to consider him/her natural-born.

      Delete
    7. 1.02 if he is truly a Filipino citizen then why did he have to apply for dual citizenship in early 2000? Kung Ang isang Tao ay sure Sa status niya ay wala itong ibang gagawin dahil sure nga siya but in his case HINDI SIYA SURE KAYA MAY APPLICATION SIYANG GINAWA.

So far, ang nakikita ko eh nagsa submit pa lang sila ng required documents to prove they're on the right side. This time, documents are being asked to prove their verbal arguments.

  7. I agree. They should just close the outdated and obsolete abs and give a licence to a new and modern network.

  11. Revelations after revelations of alleged ABS violations.

    2. Nothing new is revealed. And no supposed revelation has evidence

      Delete
    3. What do you mean revelations after revelations? I watched lahat. Kaya, recycle na mga sinasabi ng paulit-ulit. Obviously, parang di nanuod ng Senate hearing yung Cong Marcoleta. I don't even live there. I cared because I'm a TFC subscriber. I want to know what's going on- inupuan ko talaga dahil mas gusto ko na alam ko & hindi yung kung ano ano paniniwalaan ko at magmamagaling. I like to listen and read and not bash or say anything na di ko naman alam like most of the people there in Pinas. Haaay.

    4. The operative word is "alleged". Rufus Rodriguez?

  12. Truth. Check na check si Enchong.

  13. Enchong is so disappointing, I thought he was smarter than this. You're right tho, aksaya talaga ng taxpayers' money ang mga congressional hearings ng abs sa dami ng violations nila dapat talaga ibigay na sa ibang kumpanya yung frequency. It's a shame Enchong is refusing to understand that senate, congress and supreme court hearings are all different but all part of the DUE PROCESS. Paulit-ulit kasi hindi naman maayos na in-address yung mga violations during that senate hearing. Regardless, it is Congress that has the say on the approval of franchise.

  14. Closing a company that provides livelihood to thousands, entertainment, news, help to many in times of calamities is definitely wrong. ABS has provided help to many admit it or not. But I hope that they will be held accountable and penalized for every proven cases thrown against them. The country is facing many issues and they are unable to solve it. ABS issue has somehow been doing this government a favor by covering the more important problems this government failed to solved.

    1. They're applying for a FRANCHISE to BROADCAST, NOT to HELP MANY IN TIMES OF CALAMITIES. Hope you get it.

    Get yourself educated enchong pls.

  17. Your company has so many violations time to stop

Masyado mahaba maghain ng tanong yong opposing the franchise,
AT direct to the point sagot ni katigbak very short answers na swak na sagot sa mahabang salaysay.sana derecho tanong na lang ang kongresista kaya sayang oras nga nman.

    ReplyDelete
  21. What revelations after revelations of violations..-it has already been answered by abs.the Congress is just prolonging the issue/hearing.

ABS was CLEARED by SEC, Dept Of Labor and Employment,BIR,at may isa pa.
So why do Congress still conduct hearings when they can easily just get the files/evidences as to why abs were cleared from those branches of govt.

    2. Because congress is the rightful venue for hearing and not senate. Un senate hearing ang waste of time. Supreme court is also a venue na dapat paghandaan ng abs cbn.

  25. Puro kau ngakngak. The franchise is a privelege.

  26. hayaan nyo na, may bayarin p tayo s abs cbn because of their tax credits na 84million hahahha, s taxpayer dn ang bagsak nun for sure papunta s abs-cbn wooot woot

  28. Yup it’s a waste of time and tax payers money. I agree kasi di rin nmn yan magaging yes for renewal or new franchise.
