Kahit na pwede kang ikulong ng walang warrant for up to 29 days?

      Delete
    3. 12.47 well kung Ang meaning ng naghahanap ng butas is magbusisi.. ay dapat Lang Na maghanap ng butas. Huwag Kang maging gullible please.

    4. I also read the bill 12:47, and pardon me if I say it's incredibly naive to say na walang masama sa bill na ito. OF COURSE, who writes up a law and make it seem 'evil' or make it OBVIOUS na may potential syang maging masama? If you do not see beyond the very vague specifications of this law, then sana medyo laliman mo ang pag-iisip.

Second, it worries the public na ito ang focus ng Senate, at ng executive, when we obviously have this bigger, more life-threatening virus that is actually terrorizing us now? Hindi mo rin naiisip yun? That doesn't affect you?

      Delete
    5. 12:47 AM it's good nagbabasa kayo before nagcomment. Just asking lang if you're a lawyer? For me, unconstitutional talaga yung ATB. I'd explain here pero parang mas ok na you search for comments of lawyers and law professors online.

      Delete
    10. Beh 12:47, hndi malinaw ang definition nila s "terrorista", meaning pede k ikulong just because govt see that youre against them.

      Delete
    11. 4:21 beh, u obviously blind. This anti terrorism is vague. Tignan mo nga si mocha, nagprotesta is equal to terrorista n. So this law can be interpreted by their own desire and can be use to their own accord.

Plus, bakit ito ang inuuna nila? Bkit hndi nila unahin plantsahin at ifiled ang senate Bill no. 1573 Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act ni Meriam Defensor-Santiago, which could have helped prepare the Philippines against the deadly virus??? This govt is really messed up!!

  5. Ms Vivian should go back to school or take Promil

Mere suspicion, huli na upto 24 days even without warrant.

    1. Totoo. Minsan nga nasa mall ka may dala pa silang high powered firearms eh. Feeling na feeling

      Delete
    2. 1:20 so ano pala ang dala nila dapat???

      Delete
    3. Policemen are NOT supposed to be casually carrying around HIGH-POWERED FIREARMS.

      Delete
  7. Sus Vivian. As if naman alam mo sinasabi mo! Experts on law already said it is against BiLL of Rights

    Like duh?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  16. Uy bigyan niyo daw kasi sya posisyon din hahaha

  17. I don't agree sa bashing of the 2 miss universe though i agree with her comparison with other countries' anti terrorism bill. Point is, if you catch a terrorist dawn of a friday morning, terrorist could be free on a monday thus the extension. If people do not trust the police to their jobs then who are we going to trust? Batman? The bill might be "worrying" but i never read any expert said outright that it is against the constitution.tsaka we have the supreme court- they will be the ones who will determine if this law is against the constitution. lastly, do not forget what happened to the bombing of pal flight 434, it was when we were made a guinea pig of terrorists who were behind the sept 11. America is in disorder as of the moment and this could be a taken advantage of by terrorists especially after the US bombed Iraq in March-baka maging guinea pig nanaman tau. Point is baka may alam sila na di natin alam- i dont think this will be an urgent issue if they do not have the right intelligence, the same way we have heard threats of terrorism in indonesia. What we need is a dialogue to ensure that authorities who maliciously detain a person as a terrorist would be accountable to his/her actions and answerable if proven guilty.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Dear, there is no room for dialogue with abusive authorities who have no conscience. Been there done that na tayo. Don't be naive.

      Delete
    2. If you think there is a high chance of a terrorism group planning an attack, then the current laws are sufficient. We cannot discount the fact that abuses could be committed by authorities. They can arrest anyone based on mere suspicion and even if we argue that it might be proven to be baseless, the effect on the innocent person arrested could be disastrous. The worst part? This Anti Terror Bill will remove the provision on damages against the erring police.

  18. I have nothing against Ms. Vivian, Catriona and Pia. Their opinion is their opinion and I respect that. I just hope that all these celebrities who are speaking out and "making a stand" regarding political, religious and/or national issues are really aware of what the issues are and that they actually researched/studied it at hindi lang dahil nakakita ang tweets from other celebrities eh nakisakay na rin sa issue. Because sa totoo lang ang daming mga celebrities who are all pa "cute" lang on TV and on their social media accounts and hindi naman natin nakikitaan ng pagiging socially aware sa mga social media accounts nila and then suddenly pa-woke na lang bigla.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Vivian Velez, they have the right to express their opinion as much as you do. At least they did not have to step on someone's intelligence to do so

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hindi na raw #JunkTerrorBill sabi ni Catriona kundi #RevisedTerrorBill..at least I see progress here lol

    ReplyDelete
  21. unless u have done something and brought pride to your country Ms Velez, sit tf down!

  25. Now I know bakit siya tinawag na “Body Beautiful” noon.

    ReplyDelete
  26. pls wag sanang patulan eto ng mga Missu Queens. ibang level sila . beauty and brains, napaka lower level ng isa. mismatched.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hahahahaha, Vivian must want a government appointment. Too obvious. Kaloka si lola.

  28. Girl, madaming pinagdaanan mga yan bago naging beauty queen, unlike you... Pangkalahatang welfare nasa isip nila, unlike you...self-serving.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Lola Vivian, nahirang po silang Miss Universe dahil deserving sila. Nagbigay po sila ng karangalan sa Pilipinas! Eh kayo ano ang naiambag nyo? Ang paging Miss Body Beautiful noong panahon ni Kulafu? Hahahahaha.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Walang alam si madam. 😂
Lahat ng sms, calls and socmed accounts mo e ire-retrieve ang data to check if terorista ka.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Lol, sipsip for government appoinmnet pa more. Too obvious.

  35. Nasa mindanao kami, sa may sta cruz. I support this bill. Wala kasing mga NPA jan sa luzon. You dont understand our situation. puro rally lang iniisip niyo. Grabe kayo

  36. 11:02, There are already more than enough laws to address terrorism and rebellion in this country. How do you think did the country topple terrorism and rebellion in the past? Basa-basa ka naman pag may time.
