    1. Pamangkin nya si Vico mas mauuna pa magmalasakit si Tito Sen sa pamangkin nya kesa iba,coz they are both in politics.

    2. In this case he is correct though. A broken watch is certain to be right twice a day.

    4. Tanong ko lang pano yung batas na matagal nang batas pero hindi na active dahil inetsapwera na For their own sake kung sakaling maibalik yun under pa rin ba yung Mga yun and pwede ipatupad? Death Penalty kasi kaparusahan nun.

    5. They just divided their legion by attacking Vico. Ano, napag-isipan nyo na ba ito ng maigi?

    6. Law cannot be retroactive. Kaya nga bakit may summon that's so fishy. And as per Vicos tweet wala pa ung summon may media na asking for it.

    7. I wonder if perfect ka? When you see a person doing something right you compliment them despite of their flaws in the past. Hindi ka ba mahal ng Mama mo? Sad.

    8. We all know Tito Sotto IS a trapo but he is right, the law cannot be retroactive. As a general rule, laws shall have only a prospective effect and must not be applied retroactively in such a way as to apply to pending disputes and cases. The tryk incident that the NBI is questioning happened on the 18th of March, however, this was criticized by the natl govt, so.. Vico COMPLIED. RA 11469 was promulgated 24th of March meaning to say that the NBI have no vested rights to impose any rule of the act to Vico's tryk incident. HENCE, summoning Vico and asking him to explain have NO BASIS AT ALL.

  3. The senator is correct. Laws can not be applied retroactively. The government is walking on thin ice. Marami ng galit because of how poorly they’re handling this lockdown situation. Ang gugulo ng mga officials at kay kukupad.

    1. True. They’re not helping themselves with their baseless accusations towards vico. The people are getting fed up and restless. Targeting vico will be this government’s undoing

  4. Politics vs politics. Please focus on your own job and leave vico alone as hes seriously doing his own job.

  8. Siya pala author so may right siya mag-demand ng explanation din. He's the Senate President, he must know a thing or two.

  9. Ha! You know what they say, even broken clock works twice a day. I never thought I would agree with this guy sa dinami dami ng kapalpakan nya buti ngayon he is making sense. I really hope he cares about Vico not just to make him look good.

    1. No amount of good deed is enough to make me change my mind about this man. If this wasn't his nephew, I'm sure he would have implemented his law that he sponsored, right or wrong.

    2. Oh no, please, wag dahil dito e gumanda ulit ang tingin nyo.

  13. would he do that kung hindi niya relative si vico sotto? sana yes!

  14. Uyyyy, sumasawsaw sa popularity ni Vico. He thinks that nephew will help with his tarnished image.

  15. Tama naman sha. Wala talagang grounds yung subpoena kasi hindi pa nagagawa yung batas nung nagpropose si Vico about trikes.

Imagine nyo idedemanda kayo ng company nyo based sa post na ginawa nyo sa twitter 3yrs bago kayo magstart work dun? Ang absurd dba? Dka pa nga nagsisign ng contract. So anung grounds?

  16. NBI was only asking for an explanation. I get that. What I don't understand is the need to explain when nothing was violated. Mayor Vico is a very busy man. Making some time to explain things would be a waste of his time.
