    2. EXACTLY. Firing him would only reinforce and highlight how incompetent this admin is soooooo stay put muna mareng francisco.

    4. Not really. If the President gives an order to his Cabinet he usually makes them think of a strategy and plans to achieve the end goals. So if DOH keeps on letting us down, its Duque’s strategy to implement what was asked of DOH.

The boss won’t teach you how to do your job.

    7. No,Duterte said na hindi sya ang nasusunod sa mga implems ng DOH cause hindi sya doctor oo dumadaan saknya but recommendations and implementations are from the health Secretary, ang may karapatan lang dw magdesisyon ay ang mga health professionals/experts. Sabi nya yan. Kung nagyayari in real life ewan ko. But I dont think a lawyer by profession or anyone else with common sense ay makukuha pang magmagaling sa panahon ngayon kung di nila expertise yun.

    9. 2:23 gurl pinagsasabi mo? Malamang may mandate yan ng president especially during may crisis. Anubey!!!!

  2. Not productive! Sana nag focus na lang on resolving what’s really important instead of ousting Duque. Kaloka ang Pinas and agree with Duterte. Handa ba ang mga senador na iyan. Gang 3rd na lang tlga tayo. God bless our leaders.

    1. Anon 9:37 sabihin mo yan kay Duque. Hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin malevel up yung mass testing ng Pilipinas simply because DOH is not supportive of other LGU’s efforts (Check the issue with Mayor Marcy). Being a medical technologist, alam ko naman din na may certain requirements bago maapprove yung mga testing centers. Instead of criticizing their efforts, sana man lang tulungan yung mga local leaders na mas mapabilis mapunan yung mga kulang sa mga facilities natin. To think ang tagal na pinupush yung mass testing (halos kakastart pa lang ng quarantine if I’m correct) pero hindi sila nakinig, hindi sila naghanda. The only way we could stop this is through contact tracing, isolation and mass testing.

    2. Agree 10:16. I'm from Marikina may mga kilala ako na tao na pag narinig mo kwento nila about sa marikina testing center mapapa oh my gahd ka talaga. Na bakit walang sense of urgency ang DOH na to think mas maganda pa sa obsolete RITM ang lab ng Marikina. At di lang nila basta basta pinatayo yan they were partners with UP scientists and med professionals at Manila Healthtek na gumawa ng pinoy made covid tests.

      Delete
Tapos ngayon, magagalit sila.

If they have the same result for 4-5 samples, Stage 5 na agad. Pwede na gamitin.

    1. Actually staple na siya ng PH government. I remember issue din ito sa last admin regarding transportation/traffic, yolanda, and the seemingly (now na all of a sudden wala na ito sa new admin) manufactured tanim bala fiasco. I hope people who voted for duterte are starting to realize that yung ganitong level ng indifference at incompetence ang nagpush sa kanila to vote for him thinking he's different, when it turns out na wala siyang ipinagkaiba. Maybe it's time for filipinos to evaluate their voting practices. Disappointing, pero hindi surprising pag nawiwitness natin time and time again na galit na galit ang mga tao sa previous admin that they end up voting for the antithesis (kuno, dahil sa superficial PR image nakabase yung judgment na yun) nung former president, then makes excuses for the person they voted for when they commit the same failures pag sila na ang nakaupo. Maybe there's just something fundamentally wrong with how we choose our leaders. Nawawalan na ako ng pagasa. Time and time again we could've voted for good leaders but we always choose the more "entertaining" ones. Nung nakaraang mga eleksyon para sa administrative at legislative branch, sobrang dali ng choice sana--just pick the least dangerous one for the presidential seat and the ones who are not dumb as rocks sa senate, but we still dropped the ball.

    2. 11:09 Can you blame the people for voting the outsider? Remember the three decades of hardship, deprivation and futility brought about by decent looking politicians. D30 is no hero but he broke the chain of deceit. Too bad he's too old and frail to do better. It's a start

      Delete
    3. @12:02 Finally! Someone who makes sense!

    4. He was never the outsider 1202. That was just the packaging that they successfully marketed to us. Yes I voted for him too and I regret it.

    6. 12:02 d30 broke the chain of deceit? what? san mo nakuha yun? may political will si digong. probably the first 2 years. after that. wala na. lahat ng taong pinili, as long as loyal dds sige ilagay sa pwesto, mga fake news everywhere, they're playing us!! making fun of us? duterte got it good during election because he was a good mayor. matapang na aggressive ang approach sa system sa pamalakad, something the former admin lacked. kaya sure naghanap ng bago mga taong uto uto. nung nakaupo na, nahirapan na si tatay. pag mayor kayang kaya, pag presidente, maraming magagandang gawin gusto si digong pero andaming hadlang sa kanya. mga tao nya mga palpak, anjan pa corruption na hindi nacocontrol heck even the vatican has corruption. i felt he just gave up. napagod. nawindang. naconfuse.

    7. This is what I mean 12:02 and 2:33. It doesn't seem to me that he was ever the things you guys are describing. It appears like the leadership in Davao have always followed this same pattern, only this time it is at a much larger scale. People just got gaslighted into thinking that everything is running smoothly and that the leadership is ideal since he eliminated everyone else who'd dare point out loopholes and flaws with his governance. Even nung panahon ni gloria at noynoy merong semblance ng checks and balances in place. Puro yes man ang nasa admin ngayon who are solely concerned with power grabbing.

Wake up and smell the coffee!!!

We are taking about our government here na hanggang ngaun wala pang nilalatag na plan ung mga x military kuno.

    2. Kung may lesson tayong mga pilipino na maitetakeaway from this admin, is that ang nagkakapwesto lang sa gobyernong ito ay yung mga willing to compromise their own principles, ethics, and credibility. Ang mga scientists o expert sa field nila, tend to only bow to the truth na ipinoprofess nung pinagaralan nila, kung ano ang napatunayan nilang tama at totoo base sa datos at research. Kadalasan din may mga principles at ethics in place to ensure na wala silang nasasaktan or natatapakan. Walang place yun sa isang gobyerno na ang main goal is to project that they are all mighty and powerful, cause to keep up that image, lies on top of lies ang kailangan mong gawin cause frankly, our country kinda sucks.

  12. laki na siguro pagsisisi ni digong na pinalaki pa nya tong problemang to. all for the misplaced loyalty to a communist nation, na nagcreate ng coronavirus sa biolab para magshut down ang economy ng buong mundo. how's the ccp and the cpp faring now? kakainit ng ulo

  15. After na ng pandemic. Hirap magkaroon ng take over sa panahon ngayon. Duterte still welcome his friends from China to come here kahit may panawagan na na banned ang flights. Proud na proud pa si Duque na DOH is handling it well. Duterte cut 10 B from the health budget. Oh di ba? Baka maglabasan sila ng baho kapag may tinanggal sila.

  20. Although I find Duque's performance under par, I don't think this is the right time to replace him---yet. What the senators should do is convince the people to stay at home, and stop blaming other people. In other words, practice what they preach.
