    11. Bakit ang mga tao takot maka skip ng isa o dalawang meal sa isang araw? Hindi naman totoong 3 times a day dapat kumain. May such thing as intermittent fasting and even multiple days na fasting. Tubig lang. It’s actually good for the body. At oo, ginagawa ko yun, 3 days na walang pagkain on alternate weeks. Yes, nagtatrabaho parin ako at nakaka workout. Utak kasi ang kelangan pairalin, kung iisipin ng utak mo na kaya mo, makakayanan talaga ng katawan. And no, after ng fasting hindi ako nagbibinge. Intermittent fasting at portion control. And no, hindi sagana ang pagkain. Konting gulay lang at walang kanin. At yes, may lakas ako, my work requires me to lift stuff and run around. Hindi kelangan ng kanin. Na instill lang sa utak nating mga pinoy na dapat kumain ng kanin para may lakas.
      Kaya wag sobrang self-pity kung hindi hindi makakain ng breakfast o lunch. Hilig mag self pity.

  9. Most of us don’t have the luxury to have this kind of life even on a normal day lalo pa ngayong naka-isolate lang. The best we can do is to stay at home, make sure na may kakainin araw araw, at maksurvive hahgang matapos tong krisis. Why do these celebrities think that we are remotely interested to know about their exercise sessions o kung anong suot nila habang nageexercise, or kung nasa beach sila, o kung steak yung iluluto nila? Why can’t they just do their own thing in private kahit ngayong panahon lng na ito? Why can’t they just stop posting and flaunting their wealth and luxury kahit ilang weeks lang?
