    1. Consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist. They’ll talk to you and guide you on how to proceed. Don’t put it off any longer, get help as soon as you can. Good luck. And virtual hug for you. It’s really hard but we can all do this.

    2. Visit a Psychiatrist para malaman mo condition mo. Minsan kasi sad lang tayo at iba mood pero that doesn't mean may depression/ anxiety us

Sana malagpasan naten to. God bless.

    5. Grabe ang hirap ng management ng Bipolar. Kase imagine yung feeling mo na masaya ka na, parang ganado ka na sa buhay in a snap parang depressed ka naman bigla. Di mo magets bakit ganun mood swings mo taas, baba. Sana malagpasan to ni Iwa. Laban lang girl! God is faithful. Di ka nya pababayaan.

    6. Alam niyo yang mga sakit na depression/mental disorder ang pinakacause niyan e hindi stress but yung Guilt and Fear Ng mga nagawa o mga Hindi tayong nagawa na mga bagay na nagbigay sa atin ng sobrang stress kakaisip na sinubukan nating gamutin O kalimutan thru drinking and taking drugs na magpapalala nung thinking natin dahil hinaluan na natin ng chemicals which is alcohol and amphetamines Kaya nagttrigger na ng mga panic attacks at super downer despair lungkot.

    10. Friend, wag ka mahiya. Love and value yourself. If it helps, ganyan din ako dati. I went to National Center for Mental Health in Mandaluyong but I paid for the assessments and all. At first nahihiya talaga ako, but I realized this is not the place to be ashamed kr embarassed of myself. This is a safe place, and it was created for people like us. Kung kilala lang kita sasamahan pa kita. Promise, sobrang nakakagaan magpacheck up. I'm better now. I was diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety, with suicidal tendencies. After my check ups, devotions, and my faith in God, I am stronger than ever. Know this: you will overcome. :)

    12. 1:23 I have a family member who is diagnosed with severe depressive disorder and she's neither an alcoholic nor a drug addict. It's mostly caused by stress talaga tapos walang makausap and minsan talagang sa biology mo sya.

So true nakaka relieve pag done na any checkup even if sa physical health. We wish we have done it earlier. Gogogo

    17. 1:02 whoever you are, I wish you well. Surround yourself with supportive people, cultivate a hobby like painting maybe or writing a journal. Kaya mo yan, kakayanin, and makakaya. ❤️

    18. I don't understand kung bakit nakakahiya. Halos wala ng stigma against people battling mental illnesses.

      Delete
    19. Psychologist or psychiatrist, meron both. Yes pupunta ka sa hospital dear. Or, you can them first, most of them kasi puno mga schedule nila during talks. Average nyan 1.5 hr unang meet nyo to diagnose you.

    5. 1:57 intindihin mo nga yang sinabi mo walang ganang gumising means TULOG! Pano yun??? Iba yung walang ganang gumising sa walang ganang bumangon at me gawin! Yung tipong nakahiga lang at hindi bumabangon! Hard to get out of bed or hard to get up on feet not Hard to wake up!

  9. Wish it's as simple aa that. Even the most successful people suffer from depression and anxiety. It's a chemical imbalance in the brain. It's hormonal. And can be from other different factors. But most of all, it's hereditary.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I was once like her, diagnosed with severe panic attack, anxiety disorder, bipolar. My doctor told me to consult endocrinologist and to my surprise i had thyroid disorder, i had a severe hormonal imbalance and severe palpitations which caused my anxiety. She gave me medications to control my palpitations and taught me proper breathing technique if something triggers me. It helped a lot. Now that my thyroid disorder is cured, i no longer experienced those things.

    1. Bes how is the proper breathing technique?

    2. Sakin, pinagawa muna lahat ng tests to rule out other problems. When all tests came back as normal, saka nila diniagnose ang mental health ko.

    3. 4:09 Breathe in and breathe out. Count to 20.Deep breaths. Inhale-one, Exhale-2 and so on. Close your eyes for a calming effect. If ever ma feel mo na naiistress kana, or if you encounter a question na kelangan pag isipan ang sagot.. do this. Focus on the rise and fall of your diaphragm and your breathing. If it helps, download apps for MINDFUL Meditation. Maraming free nyab. Nirerecommend ng mga psychologists yan dito sa Au and it works for me, hope it works for you too. Mahirap at first but sustain mo lang. Everyday, every morning or if ba fefeel mo stressed out ka. You'll be surprised kung gano ka hirap ikalma ang utak even just for 2 minutes. Balitaan mo kami. Good luck!

    2. Mali. Madami na may ganyan noon pa pero dahil sa stigma at maling paniniwala ayaw umamin at magpatingin. Feeling mo lang dumami ngayon because mas aware at open na ang mga tao about it and are brave enough to share it sa socmed.

    3. Social medial is not the cause but it may be a trigger.

  13. Its about time na tanggapin natin sa society na may mga ganitong karamdaman.Bilang fans, let us support and understand artists and other people who are suffering from depression, bipolar etc.

  14. To us people, stop being judgemental and perfectionists in social media because there are people out there battling anxiety, depression, bipolat etc.Be kind.

  16. Fr my personal experience sometimes may mga ginagawa tayo that may cause unnecessary stress. So try to find what fits the rhythm of your body

    ReplyDelete

    1. Uhm...I dunno, pero BD to. This actually doesn't get better if it's not dealt with through medications. This is one of those mental disorders na very very small percentage lang ang nagiging ok if they get off their meds. Sure, may naicocontribute siguro yung stress but I don't think you can stop being bipolar by addressing stress or trying to find what fits your body rhythm. It's like saying schizophrenics will stop hallucinating if they practice mindfulness and deep breathing.

    1. 3:48 Natatakot din ako dati. I have social anxiety pa na tipong magpapa-ID lang sa kanto ilang araw ko pag-iisipan at pagpa-planuhan. I finally gained courage to get myself checked when I realized I'm not alone at marami pang kagaya ko, yun lang itinatak ko sa isip ko. Sabi ko pa habang may pera pa ko from my allowance galing sa parents, hihingi ako ng tulong.

      Delete

    3. You may talk to a therapist or counselor first, I know there's a stigma but we have to address it early on so we can learn how to cope up with it before it's too late.

  19. Magpa check, wag masyadong magbabad sa soc media.Live a healthy life.

    1. That's true. Ever since social media, mental health crises rose. People suddenly feel they're not enough, need more likes and hearts, compare themselves to others, compete for attention... This really can trigger a whole host of mental disorders. So please be careful not to get caught in this race for pseudo-love. You're not Kylie Jenner, you're you. So be you. Be the best version of yourself, not a copy-cat of someone whose life is a mess too.

  20. Hay naku. Stop complaining. Get off social media and have peace in life. Better yet, get a life. Problem solved.

  21. Last year ng ka panic attack anxiety ako, it was very hard. Grabe! Yung insomnia ko di rin basta2, I even called the help hot line. Kung may mga questions kayo or what I suggest call niyo ang HELP hotline they’re very accommodating at 24/7 sila. Ilang months din akong hindi panatag. Kahit nasa sasakyan lang, and worst nung sa plane knowing ilang times naman ako ng ttravel a year before. For me, kung pwedeng mag time off like vacation ka sa lugar na tingin mo makakapg pa relax sa yo. And also practice self love/self care. And tandaan wag mag search lang online kasi iba-iba ang to hindi dahil ng work sa isa mag wowork din sayo.
