  4. This is true ha. We've encountered problems din with our starex before. And to be honest, di talaga maganda ang customer service nila. We had to sell our starex eventually not because it's defective but because the same model is ginagamit na as funeral car sa St. Peter. hahahaha

    1. Naaah. We’ve had our Grand Starex for like 6yrs and counting, no major problema what so ever. Meron mga little ones because of wear and tear but nothing serious.
      As for the st. Peter funeral use, it just simply means reliable siya, and it actually os more ghos looking kaso that other vans locally. 😂 Lastly, their using the low end version malayo naman sa top of the line. Unless your is the low end version na color white din. 😅

    5. Madalas gamitin ang social media for complaints. Minsan parang dpat done privately na lang. But let's face it, mas may action talaga pag called out publicly. Although, personally, I do it privately. Pinaka last recourse na yun ganyan if ever I do consider doing it

  7. Hyundai magaling sa marketing at design pero di talaga reliable ang make na yan. Laging may palpak sa mga pyesa, inconsistent ang quality. Madaling masira for an average car owner na sakto ang alaga sa sasakyan.

    1. Actually hindi rin talaga maganda after-sales service nila. We learned it the hard way din with our Starex before. Too bad hindi kami sikat kaya kinailangan namin magtiis. I hope naman mag improve sila. Ganyan din pala sila talaga akala ko dito sa Davao lang panget ang service.

    2. Nope. The Grand Starex is a sturdy van. Mga newbie ba kayo sa kotse or medyo kulang s knowledge?? We own a car repair shop, and we definitely know kung ano ano ang mabilis masira dear. 😂 Eto na lang din our Grandia and monty unang bumigay major components vs our G.S. Alternator, shock absorber... you name it.

    3. That's why it's important na bago bumili ng sasakyan, do research muna about tyte quaity of the car. We almost bought hyundai before pero since dami bad reviews, we opted for ford..e di ayun..ang mahal ng pyesa pag nasira. Haha.

  8. Depende kasi s branch yan eh. Better direct your complaints to Hyundai Ph main office. Mga dealers ksi iiwas habang maiiwasan. Common yan kahit anong brand.

  10. This happened to us as well... umabot pa sa demanda naman sa Amin it tooks a long time too hangang pinalitan ng bago our starex then we sold It na. Hinde sila ok sa totoo Lang. starex gave us a defect car. Naalala ko pa nga dad ko, nung Ayaw talaga palitan inaway niya talaga yung mAnager and the dealer during that time.

  11. Sa customer service number 1 talaga ang Toyota. When it comes to quality naman my husband prefers Mitsubishi being a Japanese brand.

  13. May Hyundai Grand Santa Fe kami. So far ok naman naka 5 years na. Depende siguro kung saang branch kasi sa amin ok naman yung service nila at mas gusto namin yung performance nya compared sa Montero.
