This should be taken into consideration. That's why secured lahat ng artists sa Hollywood because of Screen Actors Guild (SAG). Dapat meron din dito niyan sa atin.
Ayaw nila ng ganyan for the longest time kasi male legitimize yung trabaho ng maliliit na trabahador sa industriya. Magkakaroon ng benefits medical at retirement ang mga yun. Eh sa paningin ng mga producers tanging mga artista lang ang nagbibigay at nagbabalik ng investments nila, bale wala ang mga pobreng crew. Sad but true.
