    3. nakuha mo pa magcomment dito 12:37. ignorance doesn’t look good on you

    5. Tama naman. Sa mga motor nga. Hindi sila ginagalang. Nagccounter flow sa right side nila. Nakakaawa kasi tipong disgrasya hanap nung mga sasakyan.

Ganito din ako magcomplain, pero i don't call them morons.

    4. coz it really is a big problem. duh.

The drivers in our country LACK discipline and do NOT follow the rules. Philippines made it to the list of countries kung saan it is most dangerous to drive.

      Delete
  3. Preach Ate Lea! It amazes me how Filipinos don’t drive within the lines and honk instead of signaling to cut in. Mandatory driver’s education should exist or else traffic will always be a problem,

  5. dear tita lea, lahat na lang ba nega with you? ganyan na yang traffic since time immemorial. matagal na rin maraming morons na drivers sa pinas. with all your hanash in twitter, you sound like a spoiled brat already.

    1. Baks, you have a third world mentality. Kaya walang progress sa Pilipinas because of people like you. You accept that that's just the way it is. Mediocre mentality!

    2. Do you even drive 12:45?

One of the unfair, draconian, traffic laws. So if that moron driver you described puts you in that situation, and by your own words, they're plenty, won't you rant too, since you can't kill that idiot? 🙄

    5. kaloka ung mga ganitong utak. ung tipong "ganyan na yan dati pa" pag alam mong mali, do something about it.

    1. She’s inside the vehicle. If anything happens to it, she’ll be affected. Simpleng swerve by any driver to avoid colliding with another driver who violated a rule, that could rattle any passenger.

      Delete
  8. True. A couple of friends there in Pinas had somebody teaching them the answers for their signal/signage tests during the exam. This was way back early 2000s. So not surprised anymore that somebody still overtakes at curves with yellow road markings, change lanes at straight white lines, or even speed when they see zebra lane. 🤦

Fun fact: many Pinoy drivers who got Pinas licenses take long to have driving licenses outside the country because they fail at signal tests and road tests. Habits are hard to break pa naman, kaya nauunahan pa ng newbie driver magkalisensya.

    4. Not true at all😌my husband passed his uk theory and practical exams straightaway.Don’t generalize.Every country got bad drivers as well not only in the Philippines

      Delete
    5. Not me. I passed the city road test and highway road test both at first take here in North America! I'm not sure if I want to drive in the Phils. though. Roads are too narrow and undisciplined drivers are everywhere plus the never ending traffic.

      Delete

      Delete
    7. Pinoys do not know how to drive, they're rude!

      Delete
    8. Our lolo taught us defensive driving kasi daming bobito/a sa daan. Lalo na freeways sobrang bilis then rascal yung iba. Of course it won’t guarantee complete safety, but it increases road awareness and alertness to avoid and layuan na lang yung risky drivers.

      Delete
  9. I am better than all of you ang peg. Your rants won't improve the traffic. Baka na heart attack ka pa. Charorot!

    1. It would actually help improve traffic and safety. No illegal overtakes, follow traffic light, no raskal, hindi bara-bara, adequate spacing, proper speed. Simpleng turn signal lang would help prevent collisions. Roads would open up. Unequipped drivers won’t get a license to drive either. Enhances the overall traffic condition. Based on existing evidence, countries with strict traffic rules have great roads and safety.

Most of those violations affect drivers around you, sometimes causing fatal consequences. The behavior of violating traffic rules could easily bleed out to violating society’s other rules. Might wanna reflect again on that.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
The biggest problem is there are too many vehicles for such a small space at the same time.

      Delete
    2. Better traffic laws enforcement, adequate monitoring of driving exams, and stricter road exams would probably yield the best outcomes in both improving road safety and reducing unsafe drivers or just mabawasan number of vehicles on the road (bawas traffic pa).

Like you said, buti sana kung di makadamay ng iba if may accident. Sometimes fatal pa. Daming inosente nadadamay ng unsafe drivers. 🤦‍♀️

    1. And very low standard on traffic and safety (and countless other things). System is rotten (sad).

As a result, lahat naghihirap sa daan.

Based on the comments, I think some people have developed higher tolerance and immunity to wrong behavior and bad society. To the point na we can’t even ask others to obey the laws and rules. Or has it become a norm?

  21. Goodness people. Whether you like it and her or not, she’s got a point. Some drivers realy are that stupid. She’s just an ordinary citizen ranting, just like everyone else. Siya lang ba gumagawa non?

Atleast di siya gumawa ng circus with matching nag-MRT ako, eto naka vlog, panuorin niyo kasi magra-rant ako afterwards.

  22. True! True! True!

  24. Sa totoo lang, kawawa ang mga taong resigned na sa traffic sa Pinas and feeling nila Lea is being a brat for ranting. She's right, di ka ba magagalit if you're wasting precious time sitting in the car unproductive, tapos pinapanood mo lang mga pasaway na driver. That's 1-2 hours of your time you can never take back, na sana ginamit mo sa makabuluhang bagay.

Problema dito is the traffic law enforcement.
