    1. Why the need to file an annulment when you can prove na hindi ikaw yung tao na kinasal? Di ba pwedeng kasuhan yung kumuha ng identity mo ng identity theft at maging null & void yung kasal?

    3. dapat icheck yung judge bakit me pirma nya yung marriage contract

    4. 10:34 1992 daw nangyari yun

    5. 7:38 judicial intervention/action is required to declare marriages as null and void. It is the only remedy. Even if, in this case, the marriage is void ab initio, kailangan parin ng court declaration. The identity theft is a ground for such decalaration- under the Civil Code this is a non-consensual marriage. Walang consent both parties, therefore void ab initio since consent is an essential requirement for contracting marriage. :)

-law student sana maging lawyer. Hahaha

    1. Magkaiba ang wedding sa marriage. Wedding is easy buy staying in a marriage is hard work

    2. During that yr married pa siya sa first husband niya. Eh di null and void lang ito dapat. Grabe naman ang pinagdaanan ni zsa zsa. Parang someones trying to nake things complicated so she cant get a proper marriage.

    3. 7:36 ang layo ng logic mo. ang usapan dito is pamemeke ng marriage contract. hindi yung pagsasama as a married couple.

    4. Even if the marriage is null and void you still have to prove that to court. Malaking pera din kaylangan ilabas para don.

  3. papel lang pala talaga ang kasal

  7. the marriage certificate was invalid/executed illegally to begin with pero need pa rin niya ng legal proceedings to annul???? nakakaloka naman! dapat sa paper shredder na ang bagsak ng marriage cert na yun! pag ginawan ng annulment, both parties just confirmed that the "wedding" did happen! nakakainis naman mga tao sa city hall na yan!!!!

    1. Hi. In law, only the court can declare a marriage null and void or have it annulled. Kaya kahit fake marriage pa yun or hindi nangyari, kailangan talaga pumunta sa court. Iba po ang null and void kasi meaning nun hindi talaga valid yung kasal simula pa lang, it is as if walang marriage. Pag annulment, valid until annulled. So in a bigger picture mas detrimental sya sa society.

      Delete
    3. 12:44 as you pointed out, null and void is different from annulment. Pero bakit annulment ang finile ni zsa zsa and not null & void kase biktima lang naman sya ng identity theft? Kahit di nga sya yung kinasal, by filing an annulment she's basically admitting that a wedding between her & this guy DID occur and she wants it annulled.

      Delete
    4. Hi. Im 12:44. Annulment is also the term sa process. But when you file it ang prayer mo eh to declare it null and void. Yung isa naman annulment but the prayer is to have the marriage annulled. Kaya nakalagay na she filed for annulment kasi un din ang term sa process or remedy. You see kahit kilalang personalidad si zha zha hindi basta basta igrant kaagad yun. You have to consider na hindi lang naman sya ang nagpapa annul. So pag nag file ka hindi naman ora orada yun grant, may hearing pa yun to prove it. Again the law does not look into the personality but the evidences presented.

  8. Why go to thrubthe process of annulment kung hindi nman talaga kayo kinasal at nagsama at hindi magkakilala?!

      Delete
    3. kaya nga kailangan i null and void so that she can legally marry itong fiance niya.

      Delete
    4. I stand corrected. I read na null and void means may process ng annulment.

      Delete
    5. To all the NON LAWYERS, you still need to file a PETITION FOR DECLARATION OF NULLITY (not annulment) in order to officially say that the fake marriage is indeed null and void.

      Delete
    6. 1:25 ah ok thank you!

    1. falsification of public documents.Pwedeng inimbento yung isa pang kasal at may nagpanggap.

      Delete

Always prioritize digital safety and privacy.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Poor Zsa Zsa. Is that scam?

  15. Tanong ko Lang: if you are annulled, do you call the other partner ex? Di ba null and void ang kasal, so hindi mo siya ex. Only if you got divorced, then he is your ex. And your kids become illegitimates. Enlighten me, please.

    1. While annulment effectively means the marriage never occurred, it does not retroactively affect a child's legitimacy status. At the time of the child's birth, they were born of a legal marriage under civil law. This means the child was born legitimate and this status will not change when the marriage is annulled.

      Delete
    2. hi 1:21. the kids do not lose their legitimacy kahit madeclare na null and void ang kasal ng parents.

    1. hello. yung fake merriage 1990s. nadiscover nya lang nung magpapakasal siya sa current bf nya after dolphy. common sense will tell you na nalaman na sana nya yan nung buhay pa si dolphy kung papunta na sana sila sa kasalan.

  22. The letter of the law is meaningless in the Philippines. There's a reason the truly virtuous don't become lawyers there. Ethics and justice have no place in the Philippine legal system.
