Hindi dahil may pera ang isang tao, dapat i-accept yung 100 pesos na charge. Ang laban dito e kung ano ang tama at mali. Maka-comment ka.

    3. Kung sa isang common tao na noncelebrity nangyari yan at dinulog sa social media, papansinin kaya kaagad? Ibabalik agad ang pera? At least si Saab pinublic niya ma may mga ganyan na anomalya sa Pancake House. Malamang hindi rin alam ng pamunuuan na may mga ganyan na kalokohan ang mga staff nila.

    6. I honestly like Pancake house, proud of their foods and being 100% Filipino ang company. Pero true, they have branches na very poor ang serbisyo at hindi malinis ang tables malagkit pa. Sayang ang galing sana ng simula nila. I hope the owners will look into it before its too late. Im still a fan masarap kasi talaga ang pagkain nila but...

    5. Sa mga di nakakaintindi.. this is not an attempt at tax evasion, kundi KUPIT from the resto. Pancake House should be thankful that this was raised. Andaming ganitong cases. One cashier can still 5k to 10k or more in a day, depende sa receipt na ma-"magic" nila. Thats the reason why there was no receipt.

  4. You should have call the branch directly. Anu ba malay ng driver mo? You told him naman ti pick up food. Kapag nag request ka naman ng receipt mag bibigay naman sila. Anyway may mali din naman sila dapat receipt ang bigay. Wag mag Judge na may kickback baka mali lang yung pag type ng order at naging for delivery

    1. She probably called a delivery hotline not specific to a branch that's why she tagged the food establishment's account. Too public, yes but it's not wrong to call out their attention as she said they couldn't explain themselves so she also probably talked to the branch.

    3. Hello 1:35. Hindi ka ata aware pero ang pagbigay ng OR dapat matic yan if nagbebenta ng goods or nagrerender ng service. Tuwing nagreregister sa BIR may malaking placard na kasama tapos nakalagay pa yan na dapat magbigay ng receipt. Nakapaskil din yan sa wall dapat.

  7. Madaming ganyan sa Kapitolyo. they only issue order slip. But the foods are reasonably priced naman. Unlike sa pancake house, di na nga masarap overpriced pa.

Kahit mag PM ka, may autoreply na “thanks for your message. we’ll contact you chuchu...” kung ako yan siyempre di nako maghihintay kung kelan sila magiging available. Kung ipost mo nalang online mas mapapansin naman talaga agad.

  10. Kakaiba ang ugali ni Saab. Ito ang taong gusto agad makasira ng buhay. Hindi muna mag pm or kausapin ang tao then kung di mag end up ng maayos ang usapan dun na lang mag post. Hindi lang tungkol sa pancake house kundi sa iba pa nyang pinopost sa socmed accounts nya. Buti keri ng jowa nya attitude nya.

    2. Kudos to Saab for having balls to call out irregularities. Baka ikaw tatahimik at titikom na lang kung may maling nakikita. Tolerance is one way of being accomplice sa wrongdoing. And if you understood what she replied "they couldn't seem to explain themselves" probably she talked to them thru phone before posting or calling the attention.

    2. 2:11 Excuse me, sa case na to kelangan naman talagang palakihin. Fyi, ginawa narin ng staff ko yan sa akin. Walang nagsumbong na customer kaya tumagal ang modus hanggang may nagsumbong na bagong staff. Hindi nag iissue ng OR sa customer, yun pala kini-kickback na ang bayad sa mga items. Sa mga big establishments na yan, sino ba talaga ang dapat mong sumbungan? kaya mabuti pang i-social media para makarating sa mga top management.

  18. Sa mga diehard nega towards Saab...kahit anong sabihin nyo tax evasion yun. All sales should be declared for tax purposes. So dapat may official receipt lagi hindi na kailangang hingin. Kahit na tama yung presyo dapat resibo ang nakuha nya.

    At sa social media account nya, ano ba pakialam nyo eh account nya yun? Kung ayaw nyo sa kanya why read her tweets or posts.

  19. the high and mighty saab strikes again. while I appreciate her effort for letting the establishment know and correct their mistakes, I agree that she should it discreetly though. this is the kind of person who will let people lose their jobs when they make a mistake instead of taking the issue on a higher road. one day she will meet her match, and then she would know the feeling of those she slighted one way or another.

  20. Now people will be aware and will check their receipts ... ok Lang yung ginawa nya sana Lang Hindi nagname ng Resto in public. She called them out without naming them sana then DM nya yung mismong Resto kase now the whole Resto is affected

    1. Agree, before taking it to social media sana she tried to DM muna, mukang maayos nman kausap un resto. But Saab, being herself again, chose to take her hanash in social media, nilagay sa alanganin un resto w/o givinbg them the chance to explain or correct their mistake first. Di man lng naisip ni Saab na may mga nagwo-work din sa resto na yan at baka pati sila maapektuhan.

  23. Malabong sinasadya yan ng company. So hindi yan ginawa for tax evasion. Kawawa naman ung madadamay at pwedeng mawalan ng trabaho. Pwedeng may nagkamali or may gumawa ng mali pero thr fact that you brought it to soc med iba ang repercussions nian. Hindi nia siguro alam.

  24. I dont get how some people can call out Saab for doing this. I operate a restaurant, and as far as I am concerned, all transactions should be done thru POS and the establishment should issue a receipt. Given na for pick up ang order nya, wala dapat additional delivery fee unless it was stated fronm the very beginning. As for doing this through social media, why not? Kung regular na tao, lakas makareklamo kahit tama establishment, bakit pag mali at kilala ang tao hindi na pwede? I think she is also using her name to inform everyone na may mali. Hindi naman nya inaccuse agad, she said she wanted to call the attention of the management kasi nga hindi sila makaexplain. Then dun lang nya sinabi na ayaw nyang mangyari din sa iba.

  27. When you place an order via hotline, iba talaga ang price kasi it is assumed na for delivery. Why call the hotline kung for pick din naman pala dapat dumiretso na sa branch. Yung OR ibang usapan yan. Madaming establishments hindi issue OR. Maybe also they did not know how to treat this particular transaction kasi nag call sa hotline,which is a for delivery number then pick up.

    1. 9:40 kasi nga sa hotline siya nag-order tapos ang sabi sa kanya 479 ang babayaran niya. Tapos nung nagpick-up driver niya naging 579. Doon nagsimula yung problema. Tapos nung pinapa-explain niya paano naging 579 ang charge hindi nila ma-explain.

  28. Madami talagang hindi nagsusukli ng maayos lalo na sa mga fast food restos. Alam kasi nila na di binibilang ng tao ang sukli. I once bought a milk tea ang sukli ko dpat is 738 (1000-232), sabi ng cashier ito po sukli nyo 732. I checked the receipt 738 naman nakasulat so I asked her to give me 6 pesos more. Halata kasi that she did it on purpose

  30. Eh panu kung honest mistake lang tlga? Tapos natanggal ung cashier na nay 3 anak dahil sa damage na nangyari sa sa pangalan ng company? Majujustify ba nung 100.00 piso mo un? Ok teh, concern ka baka nga may gumagawa ng mali, pero thero di dapat sa socmed. Im not saying that they should not be find fault but the matter is just too petty for someone to use her influence to. Overkill.

    1. It’s not an honest mistake. Hindi nila ma explain lahat ng tanong niya: bakit iba yung total na sinabi sa phone, bakit may delivery fee kung pickup naman ito, bakit order slip lang at hindi Official Receipt ang binigay, at kung bakit hindi ma explain ng manager ng branch yung mga ito.

      Big deal ito kasi sinubukan nilang lumusot at ginagawa din nila ito sa ibang tao. Yung owner ng restaurant ang talo sa ginagawa ng tao nila.
