  1. I did not see anything on the documents that Falcis is going to be charged to support the letter from her lawyers. What is going on? Took the time to add music for dramatic effect - one screen shot will suffice. Substance over cosmetics/ drama please Kris.

  4. Syan na naman yang 'truth' na yan, as claimed also of the other camp. Who's telling the TRUTH ba talaga?

    1. Looks like mali yung qualified theft na kaso kaya na aquit, ito may grounds yung estafa at credit card fraud because as it turns out the card was company issued.

    2. Magkaiba kasi Qualified Theft sa Estafa.

    3. 12:24 Magkaiba nga. Pero di ba 44 counts of qualified theft nga ang demanda? Bakit bigla may estafa at RA 8484?

  5. Bakit di binanggit na dismissed ang kasong qualified theft against Nicko?

    1. Bakit? Did they mention anything nung na-dismiss yung ibang cases? Siyempre yung good news lang ang ipo-post nila. Bahala na si Falcis sa iba. LOL.

    1. Baka this time hindi pwede kasi may kaso na talaga.

  8. while nicko is posting on social media, in a separate interview his lawyer says "this is an unjust ruling" and vows to appeal the decision LOL

    1. Haha! May something nga!

  10. Parang it's "your word against mine" na yata ang nagaganap.

  11. Kung estafa at cc fraud and kaso. Madali lang ma counter yun lalo na yung may evidence.

  12. From the beginning, Nicko already seems guilty.

  13. yumaman mga attorney nila .

  14. c kris tlga un tipo na pag sinabing tatahimik sya e good for 24hrs lang yon silence na yon, lol

  15. If the Falcis camp can prove that all charges in the credit card are authorized, then it is NOT FRAUD.

    1. Ang estafa yata is misappropriation of funds. Kailangan patunayan niya na lahat ng expenses niya is company related.

    2. I think yung kinaso naman sa kanya is not the business charges but the personal charges kaya nga nakita ng court na may probable cause of fraud kasi siya mismo nagpadala ng check to pay for those expenses. And I think the court takes this as an evidence on the admission of guilt.
I really hope somethig comes out of this case. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. This is not an unusual case. I’ve encountered similar cases before while I was still working in the Philippines. Masyadong naaabuso ang use of corporate issued cards. It’s high time that people be educated about ethics.

Pwede nmn nya bayaran yun. Not unless c kris ang ngbabayad ng card

  16. I still believe Nicko.
