    1. Pa-deep sa political correctness all the time si ateng Jasmine. Lahat na topic, big deal dapat. Dapat ba may gender correctness all the time? Shhhh!

    3. O cmon patawa naman bilang ina o babae whats wrong wd pipol nowadays napaka sensitive just a mere mention of babae or lalake you get offended thats a big BS. Im a mom myself but nowhere in that statement did i get offended. Its so easy to understand as a mom and a woman what can you contribute it only means how can you use your influence being a woman and a mother. How sick of pipol like jamine nowadays they put malice and make an issue out of really-
nothing. Utter nonsense pa politically correct yes try harder.

    4. You are the part of the reason why gender discrimination persists, 6:02. some of us do want to try harder, stop getting in the way!

      Delete
  3. Not sure what Jasmine's point was but the question was specific to women.

    1. The point is the issue - illegal drugs- shouldn't only matter to women/mothers. Every politician should care about the issue.

      Delete

      Delete
    3. 1:21 that’s exactly the point. The question was specific to women. No. Pag lalaki, palaging straight to the point ang tanong.

      Delete
So need nga mamatay ka muna bago magkahustisya?

Because i find the question very normal and not insinuating any fight against the other gender .

    1. It actually is because finding a solution to a national issue should not differentiate what any gender can do. He's undermining what a mother and a woman can contribute. This is a serious political matter and not just a Q&A portion for pagents.

      Delete
    2. 2:17 its the influence and contribution being a woman and mom thats the whole point of the question pero kung gusto lagyan ng malisya na feelin intellectual like jasmine na naki ride lang into political correctness then she instigates hate among everyone. Just like with whats happening all over the world now protests left and right sowing hate against each other they get offended by every little no malice statements, very hollywood.

      Delete
    3. Because the issue is about illegal drugs, which has nothing to do w being females. If youre a woman, ano pa isasagot mo dun, e hindi mo naman trabaho hulihin mga illegal drug pushers/users. Parang beauty pageant lang. Ok lang sana if about breastfeeding or domestic violence. It’s not the job of women and mothers to eradicate illegal drugs; it’s the job of people in the govt (male or female).

  5. I don't like bato that much pero wala man mali sa tanong nya,

    ReplyDelete
  7. Well, that’s actually a good question para supalpalin about being a woman keme. Sadly hindi nasagot ni Gutoc eloquently and fiercely

  8. Daming hanash ng babaeng ito. What is wrong about asking what women can do to help? Masyado na tayong sensitive to a fault di na tama

      Delete
    2. Her point is Bato didnt have to ask what she can do as a woman. He could have just simply asked what she can do.

      Delete
    3. The point is it's a stupid question.

      Delete
  9. ang tanong..illegal drugs pa din? 3 years na at yan pa din. sa drug campaign ng govt kung iisipin mo dapat ubos na sila but it seems no effect o improvement. kaya sa boses ni Carrie Bradshaw..i could not help but wonder kung moro moro lang ba yan para ipamukha na may ginagawa sila kasi yan lang alam nila? mas marami pa kasi ibang issues na dapat nila tutukan

    ReplyDelete
  10. Nah, Jasmine, you're just being too sensitive. We are all having labels in the society based on gender (Dad, Mom, etc, or on what you do (Dr, Teacher, Engr). So Bato's question isn't gender biased.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. But as a politician, moreso a lawmaker, gender labels should not matter especially if it questions what you can do based on your gender. Gender goes out of the window if the topic involves national issue affecting all and not specific to any gender or roles.

      Delete
    2. 2:40 Hun, yes, it's a national issue. The point is, you may be a politician, but you also draw your acts and solutions from your experience from your previous profession, or from what you are in your family. Your elders yourself, I am sure, got different strokes on how to deal with the kids or things. Same with who gets elected, how they look after their people will have to be neutral, but they will also find means on how it will work for everyone. So if the female members of the population respond better on something similar to how a mom would handle it, then it can be emulated by the male leaders and vice versa.

So my view, Jasmine's being too gender sensitive.

      Delete
    3. 3:04 nah, you're just being mosogynistic.

      Delete
    4. It's a debate between competitors. It's so obvious na he is insinuating that women have less to contribute in terms of solving "macho" problems such as drugs. Don't be naive, hun.

      Delete
Anong gagawin mo as a senator (babae ka man o lalaki). So bakit kelangan isingit pa yung bilang isang ina/babae.

    6. 12:02 Diba totoo. Soldiers or police officers on the line are mostly MEN. I doubt if you can change your own tires.

    1. Pwede namang bilang Pinoy diba? Bakit kelangan bilang babae?

      Delete
    2. Hindi bilang babae or lalaki. Bilang tao.

      Delete

    2. As a woman?

  17. You're the type who is for girl power diba? When being challenged, sexist agad. I am woman, strong and independent pero di ako maarte sa ganyan and I don't hate men, whites in particular who are being targeted for quite some time now.
