True pero showbiz is a business. Just cuz you’re nice doesn’t mean you should be given lead projects esp if your most recent projects have flopped. There are many artists who are nice but aren’t given any projects. It’s a waste of time and money when there are others who could be given these opportunities but they’re being wasted on someone who’s already past his prime. Gerald had his moment to shine, unfortunately his popularity days are now over. Mgmt need to broaden/be more open with their choices when it comes to their roster of talents.
