    6. Posible po. Try niyo muna magbook sa Aifrance.
      Mahina talaga customer service nila.

    7. @12:21 - Nasa Gate na sila, meaning after na mag check-in pati yung bagahe nila before nag cancel ng flight.

      Delete
Infairness may email sila one hour before magclose ang check in ha(so nasa pila kami nun) tinry kase namin mag online check pero hindi nagwowork yun pala cancelled flight.

Kami kase pacheck in palang.

      Delete
    9. @12:50 hahaha... winner!

    10. Baka may problema na naman sa plane nila, lately lagi na lang nagemergency landing ang air france, last time nga nakuhaan pa ng video na umuusok yon turbine. Usually naman inannounce nila kung may delay or cancellation dahil sa weather, pero pag ganyan biglaan baka may nakitang problema sa plane or baka lasing na naman yon pilot lol, its better to be safe than sorry.

    1. I agree with you baks! If the airline had to cancel a flight pre or after checkin, or waiting in gate, they announce it or they put it on the monitors. They gave instructions on what to do next.

Yes, Filipinos are known for hospitality pero ang angas ng dating ni Alex.

    2. My family experienced the bad customer service of Air France. We were warned by our friend to be very careful in dealing with this airline. They are careless also in handling the baggagend of the passenger. My brother was lucky to notice his bags were being carried by their cart destined for another flight. He called their attention while rushing to that moving cart. He was able to get them back BUT NO APOLOGIES FROM THE PEOPLE OF AIR FRANCE. Jay Leno had said several times that the French are the most rude people.

Not toward us ofw's!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Sorry Alex, I have to disagree na walang masungit na flight attendant and crew sa Pilipinas, cguro kaya laging magandang customer service ang nakukuha nyo is dahil mga celebrities kayo, they will always try their best to give you their best service. But trust me, for ordinary people like us, we don't always get the best service, minsan nga ni halos di mo maramdaman. Experienced it on multiple occassions, and some family members too on separate flights. Kaya hindi na kami nagpa PAL ngayon kahit direct flight sya, I'd rather have a layover flying with other asian airlines and be treated with respect. Don't live inside your tiny bubble :)

    1. Nakakahiya din yung KA-schoolMATE mo, girl. Redundant much?

      Delete
  21. Too many loopholes in this. While I dont know the details, what I see is that, Alex was asked to DM info that the airline needed to resolve the issue, yet the ranting continued.

One cannot expect Filipino hospitality from foreign airlines. They have their own culture and have their own way of doing things according to the professional standard. This is probably where the disconnect is. The expectation is different from what is due her.

Sky priority serves a purpose, which is to cater to the airline's passengers who are eligible to enjoy the benefit of being priority. Those who are eligible to this benefit would know whether or not they are entitled to this. The fact that she was told that she was queueing in the wrong lane says a lot about what her expectations are.

When we travel we have to remember that we need to adjust to the culture of others and cannot expect others to adjust to ours and change their ways to our liking. As the saying goes, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do"

  23. GUsto yt nito latagan ng red carpet. Welcome to our world! Korean Air cancelled and changed our flight from LAX to Seoul pero we were informed and binigyan kami ng food voucher to compensate. Ganyan tlg paminsan minsan Alex.

  24. I STRONGLY AGREE WITH ALEX. IBANG IBA TALAGA pag pinoy. Been to other countries at ang Greece at Germany malakas makadiscrimnate.

    ReplyDelete

    1. I beg to disagree about Germany. Been there a lot of times and never ko naramdaman yang discrimenation na sinasabi mo. I was shocked pa nga that Germans are mababait. They greet you (hi,good morning etc.) Most be the suplado aura.

One time bbli ng watch nanay ko sa airport ayaw kaming pagbilhan ng german na babae, yung mga watch ayaw iabot kasi too expensive daw, so sa inis ng mudra bmili ng 10 edi nganga siya pati yung crew na nagwowork lang sa airport tapos lumabas anv manager magkakilala sila ni mom so lalo siyang nga nga. Kaya swerte mo.
Alex is just expressing her complain. Mali yun airline.

      Delete
  26. Impossible naman na hindi nag notify. Even before she lined up she could have checked the board for flight status.

Wandering = Walking vs Wondering = Thinking. So sa sentence ni Alex which you agreed with, wondering around meant thinking around? Mas may sense ata ang walking around.

      Delete
    3. 1:14 is correct.

1:28 you are wrong. What school did you go to? 🙈

      Delete
    4. Anon 1:28, bago ka mag correct, make sure tama ka. Based on Alex' sentence, the correct word should be wander and not wonder. Grab a grammar book, ok? 🙄

      Delete
  27. Baka hindi naintindahan yun announcement in french🤣

    ReplyDelete

Same with Hawaiian Airlines.. nagchange ng flight departure and notified passengers via email of a later departure time.

    ReplyDelete

    1. PAL yan, customer service ng ating local airlines you must admit ang pangit ng services nila.

    3. @1:38am, our local airlines don't have a monopoly on bad services. I don't get why people are disputing Alex's claims as if they were there.

  32. Does she know what DM means???

    ReplyDelete
  33. she did not say kung ano nangyari after. baka nagkaron ng aberya yung mismong aircraft kaya biglaan ang pagcancel. i'm sure me alternative route na binigay pero di nya na kinuwento.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I've only had the best experience with Air France, which consistently ranks among the best European carriers. Last time I flew with them (Paris to Bologna), there was automatic check-in and was notified whether flight was on time or delayed. Sure, any airline could have bad days, but what Alex had described is uncharacteristic of this carrier.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Just because you have good experience/s with Air France doesn't mean they're perfect. They could also have bad days, at swerte ka lang.

      Delete
    2. Basa basa din pag may time anon 7:26. Anon 3:05 never said Air France was perfect. In fact, it was mentioned that any airline could have bad days. The point is that passenger rankings and airline reputation are probably weightier than anecdotes, even those from pretentious celebrities.

      Delete
  35. Okay. Heto na naman tayo sa race/cultural issue when it's just a customer service problem. Reminder lang ha. This is Alex vs Airfrance. Hindi French vs Pinoys. SMH.
