  3. Laman din ako ng gym and tbh kabisado ko na galawan ng mga ganyang bodygoals. She's definity taking something. Pag nagwowork out ka, may limit lng ang weight loss. You reach a point where you start gaining muscles kahit babae ka pa. Pag ganyan kapayat yet may abs, she's on to something

    1. Protein shake. Lots of ab exercises. Lower than 12% body fat. Genetics.

      She was lean to start with. Maybe nagstart na siya a long time ago. Losing body fat, then gaining weight, strength training para magka hypertrophy.
      Fyi if u are talking about roids, this is not what roids are. Maybe laman ka ng gym but not with the right trainor nor right dietician.

  7. You can achieve this by counting your macros and limiting carbs. Feed the muscle, starve the fat. Amino acids helps plus cardio and a lot of strength training. She's petite to begin with, so ok lang yan.

  8. may pagka trying hard din toh magpakatalino..matalino naman siya talaga kaya lang there is something sa kanya na parang nayayabangan ako..matagal na siya sa showbiz pero wala pa naman masyadong napatunayan..

  10. Ang dami naman perfect ang physique dito. Kayo ba nagbabayad ng pa gym ni Jodi? And enough of body shaming...just because she's slim built doesn't mean she's 'tuyot' and 'pangit'. Palibhasa ang tatapang ninyo kasi anonymous mga comments niyo.
