  1. i have a 2-year-old and and i never show my kid's face on the internet. people are asking me why, kase maganda daw naman anak ko (my hubs is spanish) but it personally makes me sick that some parents post a photo of theirs every second. what if the kid grows up and resents me because of invading something private to her? thats just me

    1. people should NEVER question or ask you why you don't post. it's your right as a parent. i do admire your need for privacy. but pls don't say it makes you sick that other parents doing that. maybe they're just overly proud and happy.

    2. Wow makes you sick talaga?. Well you are not them, to each his own. I don't see it the way you do

    3. Don'understand why you had to insert your husband's spanish, as if yoy're justifying why your baby's beautiful.

      Delete
    4. I agree with you 12:26, nakakasuka ang every second mag post. I never add strangers nor make my posts public.

I respect Queenie's post naman kasi naka public sya at daming stalkers.

    5. sobra naman yung make you sick lol.. sometimes parents put up their kids pics so that their relatives who live far away can see...

      Delete
    6. As much as other parents respect your choice not to expose your child on soc med, you should also respect others who do the opposite. It doesn't make you any better dear. That kind of attitude of yours makes me sick!

    7. thats them 12:26. mind your own business.

    8. 12:26 it's their page. unfollow mo kung it makes you sick. chura nito.

    9. Over naman si ateng maka "makes me sick" 🤣

      Delete
    10. Or baka they would think na you are not proud of them kaya you don't post their baby pictures. You wouldn't really know for sure until theu grow up

      Delete
    11. Respect begets respect. Its ur own choice not to post your childs face , so its others choice to post their kids face too. Dont get sick of it, dont stress yourself. Sayo narin nangaling "thats just you", so "that just them" rin lang

      Delete
    12. 12:26 did it not occur to you that maybe because he/she wants to show his/her child to her parents and/or inlaws and far away relatives and friends? whatever their reasons are for posting, it's none of your business, just as it is none of their business if you don't want to post your kid's face on social media period.

    13. Lol me mga nagpupumilit bang makita yung face nung baby?!

      Delete
    14. Toot. And di din safe, lahat ng tao may access sa fb, including pedophiles, etc.

If u don't like seeing photos of other people's kids, then unfollow them.

Personally, I don't mind seeing photos mapa-kids or families or even pera. What makes me unfollow is when one's oversharing na every activities eh post sa socmed na kulang na lang eh pati pag toothbrush or pag poo poo nila eh naka post.

      Delete

      Delete
    17. Haha anon 2:32, i had an fb friend who posted a selfie while doing number 2. Naloka ako. Unfollow agad. Hehe.

  2. Queenie girl, you may want to stop posting faceless photos of your child. Just stop posting altogether. You creep us out.

    3. Korek di ko ma gets yung ganyang pauso na kesyo for Protecting the child kaya ayaw pakita yung mukha.

      Delete
    4. 12:32 ditto!

Wag na lang sana magpost at all

      Delete
Bale, mag essay writing ka na lang sa IG.... as it should be 🤣

      Delete

Kaya ka ba nacreep out kasi sinisilip mo posts niya?

Haller. Hahaha.

      Delete
    9. Agree... if you really want privacy for your child stop posting her pict. What made her think that her child will consent someday that her mom showed her arms/legs/body in social media????? mkapagpa-suspense nman to..

      Delete
Kaya nga may parents to protect them.

    1. pwede namang i private ang profile so only families and close friends can see

      Delete
    2. Profiles on social media can never be private, 12.49AM. It's creepy and it's true.

      Delete
    3. True, 1:03. Yung mga friends ko na sa IT industry mismo nagwo-work, they know social media is not fool-proof as far as privacy goes kay they warn us about this. They themselves hardly post anything that is personal in nature.

      Delete
  4. I limit posting my daughter's pictures on social media too because hello?!? *nuff said*

    ReplyDelete
  5. Ok lang naman to post pictures of your child so long as it is not naman na every single thing they do eh popost mo pati yung mga naked pictures nila.

  7. If you really want to protect your child from the internet eh di wagna lang talaga ipost.

    ReplyDelete

    1. 12:58 Why are you so affected kung nagpapa-mysterious effect sya? Ano naman sa'yo? Get over it. It's her child, her rules, her life.

  8. Never posted my son's photos on social media, too. I just sent photos of him to selected people. To each his own. Social media can never be private.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 12:59 The 'consent' she mentioned isn't weird actually if you truly understand what consent means. Iba-iba. The best we all can do is to respect them.

    1. kaya nga po may "friends only" filter pag nagpopost ka diba? meron din for family members on

  11. It's okay to post for as long as walang personal details na kasama and don't post real time lalo na pag vacation. You'll never know. Hindi safe place ang social media. Lalo na uso ung inaangkin ng iba ung anak mo using the photos you posted.

    ReplyDelete
  12. i sent my son's photos through messenger sa mnga kaibigan at ilang kamag anak co.choice yan ng magulang kung paano nila aalagaan ang anak nila..

  13. Respeto nlang! It's her right. I know so many muslim family not posting their kids face.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yun ang tingin ko na reason kasi she is a muslim. Marami sa kanila ang ganun.

      Delete

  15. I love fb! Dahil nasa malayo kami nakatira, for the most part, I post pics of my son kasi it's the easiest way for my mom to see pics and videos of her growing apo. Tuwang tuwa sya sa fb. Dahil sa trabaho at time difference, minsan minsan lang makapag chat kaya yung fb malaking tulong. In the end, to each his own talaga.

  16. I understand Queenie. Uso ang digital kidnapping ngayon. I also limit my posts showing my son. The fact that the face of my son will be out there in the Internet for everyone to see, well that's scary. I'm sure the parents who often post their kids' photos know the risks.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Kaya magulo ang mundo kasi madaming pakialamera at pakialamero. If only we will respect each other's choices, life would have been more peaceful. Everyone has become everybody's critic to an unhealthy point. Queenie's decision and action may not be palatable to you but she is still the mother and she can do whatever she wants to do. You cannot impose your opinion just because you think otherwise.

    ReplyDelete

Does she owe you anything?

      Delete
  19. Just don't post at all if you are not willing to show her face, that simple.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Shes the mom and she has the right to decide what to show and whats not to share, its that simple too.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. 1144..baka nman u just find her mysterious, kaw tlga..ako wala nman nakikitang ganun sa mga posts nya, u cna unfollow her by the way, try mo for ur own sake para di kna ma-high blood

    2. At ano naman ang pakialam mo? Ikaw ba nagpapakain sa kanila? Nanay si Queenie, ginagawa niya what's best for her child. Huwag ka ngang epal.
