There are students. Who are in good schools. Minors. That get pregnant. Maybe educating parents cguro ang need. And the evolution of the filipino mentality and the society's hypocrite way of dealing with this problem.
Just because people go to good schools and are intelligent doesn't mean that they got all the education they needed. Most schools sa Pilipinas (and even in the US, actually) don't want to give sex education. It's the right education that's missing.
