Isn't it obvious they're past their prime? All they're doing now is milking the nostalgia factor for as much as they can. And really, they'll be milking it for a long time because the demand is still there.
Actually, she knows them very well. She just said it to point out that it was "Not The Eraserheads" who were singing. Because they all have existing contracts to each of their band. That's why she aaid the three groups representing the member's present band. At least thats what I know. Ely even said: "You did not see Eraserheads tonight. This did not happen. Performing tonight are Sandwich and Pupil." To clear out that that was not a reunion performance.

There was a smiley after her comment. Anne was using humor when she said she didnt know if the band was the 3 bands mentioned. She is an eraserheads fan. Former eraserheads members belong to different bands now so Anne simply was trying to add humor to how the band should be called now.

I was there that night. And I must say na super epic yung nangyari. Parang nagjamming lang lahat sa last song ng eheads and YES! It was supposed to be a joke kasi nga parang naghiwalay hiwalay yung members ng eheads. Even kean nakipag jamming sa eheads! -employee of summit media :)
Alam ko bawal talaga silang iintroduce as the Eraserheads because they signed a contract after their final set in Manila that they can't perform as a group in the PH for x years (not sure how long). Kaya they introduced themselves as members of their other bands.
That is sad, the contract I mean. Sana matapos na ung number of years na un para makapag-concert na ulit sila as Eheads. Got myself a copy of Esquire instead.
