ReplyDeletepangit talaga yung kay ella cruz..fabric palang ang cheap. gretchen ho n janella, ang pangit ng style with the sheer. georgina, ok naman ang style, hindi ok ang fit. i personally like yung kay djanin just bec it stands out in its simplicity. another observation..yung kay georgina n michelle, derivative ng current Dior. complicated yung construction ng original kaya wag na sana gayahin..u will always fall short.

ReplyDeleteHere's my take.. Kiray pulled off her dress well it just so happened that Kiray is Kiray. Vina Morales and Bea Alonzo don't deserve to be on the Best Dressed. The Vina's gown has an awful fitting and Bea looks like her body wants to get out of her gown immediately, her excess whathaveyous are popping- it's unflattering. And as for Coleen Garcia, my gosh definitely DROP DEAD GORGEOUS and I am not even a fan of hers!

ReplyDeleteKathryn: very old Hollywood glam. Love the "effortless" hair and the details of her gown. In all fairness to Kathryn's style team, she's always age appropriate and fab. Good job!
Heart: looks absolutely stunning! Her dress is glamorous!
Julia M: first time that I liked how she's styled. Understated, but very elegant. Hair and make up is perfect too. She looks hot without being revealing.
Runner up: Georgina. It's nice to see someone do an edgy, out of the box look amidst the sea of puffy sequined mermaid dresses. I think she pulled it off well.
Worst dressed:
kristel da who Moreno: girl, if you're gonna do risquƩ, better have the body for it. Also, for a sheer gown, that's way too much detail. Go home.
Jodi: two words, Elvis Presley.
ella cruz: the opposite of Kathryn. Very age inappropriate. GGSS vibes. She has the makings of the next cristine Reyes.
Iza's dress did nothing for her except make her look even older. Dawn Zulueta looks younger than her!

ReplyDeletePansin ko lang yung ilan sa best dressed last year napunta sa worst this year. Like Maja, Erich & Angelica. Others di pa rin natuto same spot pa rin. Bawi na lang next year.

ReplyDeleteI beg to differ for AngelicaP's Balenciaga gown. I think it's simple and flattering. Just because it's not as intricate as the others, it should be on worst. And Megan's gown was divine. Befitting for the queen!
